    Haya mahoteli makubwa na yenye hadhi unayoijua wewe, si chochote wandugu wapendwa, ni rangi na mandhari ya nje tu ndio inayotupa uthubutu na kiburi cha kuingia na kuagiza chakula.

    Kiuhalisia, ni kinyaa tu wapendwa. Ama kweli nimeamini chakula kisafi ni kile unachoandaa wewe mwenyewe na pengine mkeo au ndugu yako wa karibu unayemwamini.

    Vyakula kwa ajili ya biashara au jamii usiombe kuona matayarisho wala wapishi wake, utatapika nyongo.

    Kuna wenye mafua, wenye upele, wenye majasho na vikwapa, walio toka ****** (pata picha kama maeneo ya siri ana magonjwa ya zinaa na ameyashika)/ kutumbua chunusi / rekebisha au badili pedi muda mfupi kabla ya kuandaa chakula, kachumbali /chuice na matunda etc

    Hawa wote au baadhi yao hawakosi maeneo ya jikoni na mara nyingi hawapaswi by law kuonwa na wateja. Ndio maana utakuta kwenye milango ya jikoni kuna tangazo la "Staff Only"

    Huko kwa akina mama ntilie sitaki kabisa hata kufikiria.

    Mi siku hizi nikiingia mahotelini, nanunua vyakula au vinywaji vilivyotengenezwa angalau viwandani,eg soda na biscuit, na huwa nakula kwa matumaini tu.

    Inawezekana unasema ukweli lakini haina maana vyakula vya hoteli zote kubwa vinapikwa vibaya. Tunahitaji kuwa na regulator wa hizo hoteli anaepita bila taarifa mara kwa mara. Hii itapunguza tatizo. Vile vile nimeona hapa Dar kuna restaurant wanapika wazi wazi mteja akiweza kuona kila kitu kinachoendelea. Labda jaribu kuzoea kutembelea restaurant za namna hiyo ili u-enjoy meal zako.

    mkuu unatutisha japokuwa hali yenyewe ndio hiyo! enewei..waswahili husema ukimchunguza sana bata huwezi kumla! itabidi tuendelee kula kwa matumaini otherwise tutakufa njaa!! bora nimesoma kabla ya muda wa lunch huenda hadi saa sita ifike apetite itakuwa imesharudi, umeipoteza kabisa mkuu! ila ujumbe umefika na kupitiliza!!

    1.Jamaa wa viwango (food quality assuarance officers) huwa hawakagui hizo hoteli? TFDA na TBS mko wapi?!
    2. Nielewavyo hoteli kubwa zenye hadhi zinakuwa na wale wanaoitwa chefs so maandalizi ya vyakula ni tofauti sana na kwa mama ntilie au migahawa ya mtaani.
    3. Mkuu usijidanganye....,sio vyakula vyote vinavyotengenezwa viwandani vinakidhi quality (vingine vinatengenezewa kwenye mazingira machafu kama hayo ya hizo hoteli unazosema)
    4. Nakubaliana nawe kuwa chakula safi ni kile unachokitayarisha mwenyewe/mke/mume au ndg unayemuaminii

    Mkuu hapo kwenye # 3, nilishasema kabisa huwa nakula kwa matumaini.Halafu jamani sijui mimi nimeubwa tofauti. Yaani huwa napata shida sana hasa ikifika muda wa msosi. Huwa nazunguka sana kutafuata mgahawa au grosari safi na yenye angalau uwezo wa kuona mapishi au wapishi wanafananaje. Sijui kwanini baadhi ya wenzangu huwa hawajali kabisa, yaani hata mgahawa uwe karibu kabisa na mtaro wa maji machafu wao ndo kwanza wanatoa viti nje na kuagiza misosi.Wiki iliyopita nilikua ndani ya basi la mikoani. Jamaa akakaita katoto kalikokua kanauza mayai. Kilichonihuzunisha ni jamaa alipoomba huduma ya kubanduliwa maganda ya yai na yule mtoto.Katoto bila hiyani kwanza kakajifutia mikono na nguo aliyokua amevaa na kutoa huduma.

    Wasimamizi wa ubora wa Mahoteli mchukue hatua ili huduma ziwe bora kwa afya za watumiaji.
