    Tunashauriwa kuwa breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
    Naomba ushauri wa bure
    Je ni mlo upi, hapa tanzania, kwa mtu kama mimi kipato cha kwaida, ninaharaka nawahi kazini, au nakunywa chai hoteli asubuhi (Dar) au chakula cha kupack kwenda kulia ofisini.
    Please be realistic in answers.
    Say budget of btn sh 500-2000/meal.

    Take 1 chapati,1 cup of juice and a sousage or eggchop

    Asante typical, how much can a realy healthy breakfast cost? please omit some fatty foods.

    Nafikiri hii yawezekana kupata breakfast health and affordable by picking from each category items you like:
    1. tunda lolote moja (chungwa,ndizi) au kipande (nanasi, papai) n.k-kimojawapo;
    2. chapati/mkate/andazi/yai (chemsha or kaanga)/magimbi/mihogo/viazi n.k-kimojawapo;
    3. chai/kahawa/milo/cocoa/maziwa/mtindi/juice n.k-kimojawapo.
    Ninaamini ukipata kutoka kila fungu hapo juu kwa kadri ya uhitaji wako utakuwa ok. Na pia naamini vitu hivyo you can afford kwa budget hiyo ya Tshs.500-2000/

    My Choice Will Be Magimbi/yai, Ndizi And Chai Rangi. I Hate The Foods Which Are Dropped Into Oil!!!

    nyie mnafikiri kifungua kinywa lazima iwe chai,SIO HIVYO.kwa miaka kadha sasa nimekuwa napata glass moja ya maji ya baridi(yasiwe yaliyotoka katika friji)hiki ni kifungua kinywa safi sana pia kinasaidia kuactivate body immunity .

    water ia always good but nutritionwise water does not feed cells. It helps in cleaning, transportation, disolving and diluting.

    Maji ya moto ni bora zaidi. Also tea, hot/warm water or milk just after lunch instead of cold soda.
