ni lazima uende hospitali ili upate appropriate treatment, Use of antibiotic and analgesics can relief you from pain and prevent further spread of infection but this is not a definitive treatment, because if you delay going to the hospital the infection can progress through the root canal to the apical part of the root and cause localized collection of pus ( dentoalveolar abscess) which also can cause other serious complication if not attended,so the best way is go to the dentist immediately
