With the collapse of the Soviet empire and the end of Mozambique's civil war, most of the Marxist leaders of Frelimo became fledgling capitalists. Two decades later, they have emerged as major figures in the business world, using their political clout as a springboard to financial success - and membership in Mozambique's upper class. And it's now the children of the Guebuza, Chissano and Machel families who are doing business in their turn, with the same trump card used by their parents: excellent political connections.[TABLE="align: center"]

Mussumbuluko Armando Guebuza and his sister Valentina da Luz Guebuza, two children of President Armando Guebuza, are the ambassadors in Maputo for Christian Bonja, a Lebanese company owned by Michael Mansour and well known in the Middle East and Europe for hand-made jewellery from Lebanon and Swiss watches.[TABLE="align: center"]

The son of President Armando Guebuza is well-suited for business, just like his father. Armando Ndambi Guebuza, 33, has added to his collection of companies in which he already owns a stake, which range from the family companies to others like JDS Investimentos SA.

t seems this is common to Our Dear African Leading Parties which in one way or another they used to care for their people.

There is no life with CCM it seems it is the same with FRELIMO our down south neighbours.
