    Watu wanapenda idea ya kupata discount hata kama hiyo discount sio ya ukweli.

    Kwa mfano ukiuza kiatu cha 100,000/= chenye discount ya 30% utauza vingi kuliko ukiviuza kwa 70,000/= bila discount.
    Bei anayolipa mteja ni ile ile, ila idea ya kuwa anapata discount ya 30% inawasukuma watu wengi zaidi kununua.

    Naunga mkono hoja. Mtindo huu hutumiwa sana na Watanzania wenzetu wenye asili ya asia. Lakini mimi nina angalizo kidogo, ni vyema mfumo huu ukatumika kwa tahadhari hasa kwa masoko yetu ya uswahilini, kwani Mswahili ukishamwambia bei ni 100,000 anaweza akashtuka kiasi kwamba, asiulize tena bei kwa mara ya pili (kwa discount).

    Idea ni kwamba, mteja atambue kabisa bei ya bidhaa kabla ya discount na bei ya discount kwa wakati mmoja (au ndani ya muda mfupi sana) . Ndio maana wajuzi wa mambo wanaweka bei ya zamani kwanza halafu wanaicancel kwa namna ambayo bado itasomeka, halafu ndio wanaweka discount price katika price tag hiyo hiyo
