Samuel Kiviutu was blamed for the mayhem that rocked the country exactly four years ago, following the announcement of the disputed presidential election. He had to announce the results in a secret room under heavy protection from armed security personnel. But four years on, Samuel Mutua Kivuitu says he has no regrets about how he handled the election. In fact Kivuitu says, he would conduct that election, the exact same way, if he were do it all over again. The former ECK chairman, who is now being treated for throat cancer, spoke to NTV's Joe Ageyo.
