    Foleni za magari Dar miezi minane iliyopita linazidi kukua siku hadi siku hadi katika barabara za vunji na hata usiku. Je tutarajie ufumbuzi wa tatizo katika bajeti hii?

    Magari yamekuwa mengi barabara ni chache na ndogo.
    Chanzo kikubwa cha foleni hapo ni Daladala na discipline mbovu ya kila mtu anayeendesha gari hapo mjini.
    Umeona wapi dunia hii ktk nchi zote zenye maendeleo secta ya mass transit ikawa inaendeshwa na watu binafsi tena wababaishaji (daladala)?
    UDA ilitakiwa iwepo na tena iimarishwe. Tunavyoongea UDA ilitakiwa ingekuwa na routes zote hapo mjini and on top of that walitakiwa wangekuwa wamepiga hatua hata ya kuwa hata na light railway system. Meya wa Dar alitakiwa alivalie njuga hili na akihitaji msaada tulioko nje tunaweza kumwuunganisha na wahusika ambao wangeweza kusaidia kutatua hili tatizo, lakini kwake yeye na kwa serikali yetu hili tatizo sio priority.
    Hadi jiji lijitose kwenye mass transit, foleni Dar haitoisha na itazidi kuwa mbaya hadi Yesu atakaporudi.
    NB. Unaharibu lugha unaposema FORENI badala ya foleni.

    Nimekupata vizuri, huyu jamaa mwingine yeye kaona ushauri ni kukosoa lugha, mie naongea zaidi kingereza na si kiswahili so kunikandia ni udhaifu mkubwa sana wa kimawazo. Mbona hujamwambia Spika arekebishe matamshi anapomwita Tundu Lisu kuwa Tindu lisu na Motema Pembe anapoiita Motema Pemba nk? Cha msingi hapa ni hoja kueleweka na kama kuna usahihishaji ufanywe kwa adabu ukizingatia si wote waswahili

    Hii inaonyesha maendeleo. Sasa watu wengi wana uwezo au kipato cha kuweza kumiliki gari.

    Mini naona ufumbuzi ni mabasi makubwa na ikiwezekana treni za mjini ( trams) na kufanya usafiri huu kuwa wa gharama nafuu sana . Fanya gharama ya kumiliki gari kuwa kubwa ili watu waache kuwa na magari madogo na zaidi watumie mabasi. Basi moja kubwa liataondoa maga ri mengi madogo barabarani kiasi cha kufanya usafiri uwe raha na rahisi na pia.

    Turudishe UDA pekee kuwa na hati miliki ya kusafirisha abiria dar, hakuna mtu binafsi, pia tujenge reli za chini ya ardhi kwa ajili ya kusafirisha abiria dar, tujenge barabara za juu na tuhimize watu kuutumia zaidi usafiri wa umma badala ya binafsi kwenda kazini.

    Foleni!! Wamiliki wa madaladala ndo wanasumbua jamani, utajuuta kuishi dar nyakati za asubuhi na jioni. Ufumbuzi ni serikali kushupalia hii sekta ya usafirishaji na kuachana na mfumo wa soko huria kila sehemu. Inapofikia hatua kama hii, wananchi wanakuwa hawaoni umuhimu waserikali kwani haiwajali katika mambo ambayo yanawagusa kila siku. Angalia sekta za maji, umeme tabu tupu. kama kungekuwa na usafiri wa maana hakuna haja ya watu kushindana kununua magari.

    Kama mdau alivyosema, zipo nchi nyingi zinazotumia mbinu kadhaa zikiwemo za kuwa na makampuni ya usafirishaji kwenye majiji siyo hii style ya mtu mmoja mmoja kama kwetu. Unakuta jitu linafanya ufisadi sehemu basi daladala ndo kimbilio, nazo siyo salama utakuta ndani inanuka mikojo, vumbi, vyuma vimetokeza kila sehemu yaani ni hatari tupu. Ukipanda ukafika salama, unasema " hivi bado kumbe naishi".

    Hiyo bold, mkuu GMwanakatwe! hapa kwetu kujenga hizo za chini ya ardhi sidhani kama itawezekana kutokana na ardhi na mazingira ya Dar! sema kuweka mitandao ya reli za jiji itakuwa poa sana.

    Sijafahamu mipango ikoje kwa maana ya barabara zipi zitajengwa au flyover ngapi zinakuja ila kwa ushauri zile barabara ndogo ndogo zingewekwa lami na kubwa kupanuliwa Kama hatua ya kwanza. Namna waendesha daladala wanavvochangia kuongeza makali ya foleni halina mashaka utatuzi wa hili utapatikana iwapo kutajengwa vituo pembeni ya barabara...mfano pale tanesco kinondoni karibu na TMJ hospital na Shopers Plaza some few Meters ahead hakuna kituo na imekua ni Constriction ya kutisha...

    Hii foleni ni hatari kubwa sana na imeongelewa mpaka bbc na dw.Askari wa miavuli walipoingia hasa Magufuli alitamka baada ya kurudishwa wizara ile kuwa atamaliza foleni baada ya miezi mitatu,lakini je mheshimiwa sasa ni muda gani.Magufuli solution anayo lakini kuna watu wengi sana serikalini wananufaika na foleni hii.Na kama kuondoa foleni hakuna 10% ujue foleni itatutafuna mpaka mwisho wa dunia.Magufuli na PHD yake ni maarufu kwa kutaja barabara ambazo yeye anadhani zitaondoa foleni huku rais akiweka jiwe la msingi kwa barabara ipitayo juu na mradi wa basi kasi ambao utakamilikika mwaka 2030.DK.Magufuli please tunaomba ukarabati wa feeder roads kama ambavyo umekuwa ukihubiri mara kwa mara zitapunguza sana msongamano mfano.Afrika sana,mabatini police mpaka mwananyamala zipo barabara kama tatu zikitengenezwa vizuri ali hasan mwinyi road itakuwa haina foleni kabisa.Je Dr.Ubungo,mabibo,luhanga ,jangwani mpaka kariakoo itatengemaa lini.Vile vile bara bara ibuniwe ya kuunganisha kinondoni makabulini mpaka muhimbili itapunguza foleni.Mbezi mpaka Ukonga itakamilika lini na Mbezi mpaka mbezi beach(kunduchi) itakamilika lini ni aibu wakati wa jioni tegeta kimara unatumia 4hrs kuzunguka ubungo wakati kama kungekuwa na barabara ya kuunganisha ni wastani wa nusu saa.Pamoja na kupewa pesa nyingi kwenye miundo mbinu inatakiwa barabara zote za dsm ziwe chini ya tanroad mkiwaachia manispaa hizi hatutaondoa msongamani.Nasubiri frierover ubungo after ......yrs.

    kuanza na ujenzi wa fly overs wakati hujatatua foleni itakuwa ni useless, manake magari bado yatakuwa hayaendi na matokeo yake ni foleni ya kufa mtu na magari kukwamia hapohapo juu ya fly overs.
    Majiji mengi ya nchi zilizoendelea City governments ndio zinamiliki mass transit (mabasi, trams, trains, metros etc) Hii ilikuwa ni kazi ya UDA.
    Kama alivyonena jamaa hapo juu, hii ni hadi Yesu atakaporudi manake sioni dalili yoyote ya serikali kutatua tatizo la traffi Dar

    "Kuongezeka kwa foleni jijini ni kwa sababu uchumi wa nchi umekua sana na hivyo wananchi kumudu maisha bora kwa kununua magari" - JM Kikwete, rais wa JMT.

    Usitegemee solution yoyote ndani ya miaka 5 ijayo maana Kikwete mwenyewe anaona fahari akifiriki ndio maisha bora yenyewe hayo, now this is a failed president.

    Wadau suala la foleni kwa jiji la Dar es Salaam ni janga la Uchumi wa Taifa. Watu wanatumia masaa mengi wakiwa barabarani iwe una gari binafsi ama uko kwenye daladala. Kuna watu wako Km 18 kutoka CBD wanaamka saa kumi na saa kumi na moja wapo barabarani ili wafike kazini saa mbili. Wanafika wamechoka hadi mikia na hapo usitegemee ufanisi wowote. Kutoka kazini pia ni kasheshe, watu wanatoka saa kumi wanafika majumbani saa tatu na wengine wanaamua kukaa kwenye vilabu vya pombe ili kusubiri foleni huku wakipata mafunda ya ziada!! Masaa mengi yanapotea barabarani lakini serikali ipo kimya tu!!

    Kulikuwa na mradi wa mabasi yaendayo kasi ambao ulikuwa usimamiwe na Jiji kupitia Agency ya DART. Kungekuwa na mabasi makubwa yanayomilikiwa na kampuni moja tu badala ya vidaladala lakini mradi huu unaonekana kusuasua kama si kufilia mbali. Mimi nadhani unahujumiwa na wenye daladala kwa kuwa ukifanya kazi daladala zitakuwa nje ya utaratibu wa usafirishaji.

    Kumbukumbu zangu zinaonyesha kwamba wakati Mark Mwandosya akiwa waziri wa uchukuzi alipanda treni toka ubungo kwenda mjini na kusema kwamba muda si mrefu treni kutoka ubungo ingeanza kusafirisha watu lakini hadi leo hakuna kitu kama hicho. Pia alisema kwamba kutakuwa na boti toka bahari beach hadi feri lakini hadi sasa hakuna kitu kama hicho; ni mateso tu kwa raia.

    Serikali bado inajenga maofisi ya umma katikati ya jiji. Hakuna dhamira ya kumaliza tatizo la msongamano jijini; fly overs ni hadithi tu hizo na hata zikija itakuwa tu zimeondoa taa za barabarani lakini si kupunguza msongamano. Hivi ukipita juu pale ubungo wakati unaelekea mjini si utaenda kukwama manzese?

    Nimemsikia Mnyika jana akisema decongestion ya dar es salaam imetengewa pesa kiduchu kwa hiyo hii budget haiwezi kupunguza haya madhira wanayopata watu wa dar es salaam.
