    Kampuni ya ndege ya Tanzania (ATCL) imeanzisha safari za Dar - Kilimanjaro - Znz - Dar daily kuanzia Tar 5 Aug.....

    Ukiwa kama mdau unakaribishwa kuruka na ATCL..... KWA SAFARI ZA KIKAZI, KIBIASHARA na BINAFSI

    EMBU TURUKE NA NDEGE YETU HII YA TANZANIA....

    Tunashukuru sana maana wengine inatuuma sana kuona Air Tanzania inashindwa na Precision Air.
    Ingefaa sana mngefikiria kuweka utaratibu wa kuwa bei tofauti kati ya tiketi ya kawaida na ya excursion [hii ni nzuri sana kwa wafanyabiashara wateja ambao shughuli zao hazizidi wiki 2-3.]Ni muhimu vilevile kufuata flight schedules zenu--You will be surprised by public response as we are all very proud of our 'twiga' HONGRENI SANA

    First of all Air Tanzania ikitaka kujiendesha kiufanisi serikali ijitoe, ijiendeshe kibiashara, ifanye restructuring ya wafanyakazi ili kuweza kuleta ufanisi, kuwe na ajira za ushindani na sio za kisiasa, iuze hisa zake kwa watanzania wazawa na sio wachina, ipewe mtaji wa kutosha kujiendesha, fukuza akina Mattaka na uweke damu changa ,punguza bei ya nauli, waanzishe route ndani ya Afrika Mashariki na Kati kwa kuanzia then Dubai na China, iwe na ushirika na ubia wa kibiashara wa faida pamoja na mashirika mengine ya ndege ndani na nje ya Tanzania ili kukuza utalii. Nafikiri mpaka hapo ATCL itakuwa imesimama mwenye hoja aongezee.

    kaka Kilbark, you are right, mimi nafurahi sana kuona Vijana wenye mawazo ya Kimapinduzi, it is fantastic, hasa kuhusu suala la kujiendesha yenyewe na kuacha Raisi kuteua mtu kuiongoza hiyo ATCL, ni jambo la maana sana, yaani Raisi wa nchi anafanya kazi zingine hata zisizokuwa na tija, kuhusu suala hili Watanzania tunatakiwa kuchukua haatua kuiendesha ATCL kwa kuuziwa hisa kama wanavofanya Kenya airways, we angalia shirika la kenya lilivokuwa superb, kwanini? ni kutokana na kuwa serikali imejiondoa toka zamani na kuwaachia waKenya waliendeshe, kwanini serikali inag'ang'ania kuliendesha, kuna kitu gani hapo au ndo hiyo mikataba ambayo kila siku inachangia kuliua shirika letu,hii haitiii akilini kabisa. Mimi nimeshaapa kuwa sitapanda tena Precision na ndo maana nataka kubadilisha route zangu zote za safari, nataka ndege inayoenda straight to Dar from abroad baadala ya Kupitia Kenya ambako unakutana na Precision, vindege vyenyewe kelele tu mpaka mtu kichwa kinataka kuchomoka, yaani unatamani ufike haraka Dar badala ya kuinjoy safari---Hell no! lazima tuamke jamani. na serikali Jitoeni basi sisi tuwekeze.

    Nafikiri dawa ni kuwaluliza ndugu zetu wa KENYA AIRWAYS...walifanya nini airline imesimama kama hivi...naamini hawakwenda bagamoyo...mpaka kufikia hapo...tatizo viongozi nwengi wa mashirika wanategemea kuongoza shirika makampuni kwa kutumia safari za bagamoyo...ukifika sehemu unakuta pikipiki zimejaa wanakuulizakwa mganga gani...wale wanawajua hadi mawziri...sasa tunatakiwa tutoke huko na kuamini tunaweza jijenga wenyewe....mfano KENYA AIRWAYS NASIKIA WAMEGAWA SHARE mpaka kwa wafanyakazi...nahisi swala hao wafanyakazi wa ATCL wanatakiwa wakae wajipange wajue wanataka nini.....,pia kwenye bodi members lazima wawe na mwakilishi wa wafanyakazi ...ninachoamini wafanyakazi ndio wenye machungu zaidi na kampuni..kuliko hao boardmembers ambao mi nawaita BOARDMATES wa kikwete....hata siku moja mtu yuko NDC,ama anabishara zake awezi kuwa na uchungu na kampuni zaidi ya kulimaliza na kulilia vikao vya per diem.usd 500....inaitaji watu ambao wako serious commited ndugu na si bora uongozi....

    Ni wazo zuri, je baada ya kujitoa nani achukue nafasi yake na kwa utaratibu upi?

    Nina uhakika kuwa ATCL inaendeshwa kibiashara, labda utufafanulie, unamaanisha 'kibiashara' vipi?

    Je, muundo uliopo hivi sasa ni upi na mapendekezo yako hasa ni yapi?

    Ajira za ushindani? Je, labda unaweza kufafanua kidogo ATCL wanatumia utaratibu gani katika kutoa ajira. Je ni kweli kuwa wafanyakazi wa ATCL wamepata ajira kisiasa?

    ATCL sasa hivi inapata hasara, je ni Mtanzania gani atakayewekeza pesa yake mahali ambapo anauhakika kuwa hatopata faida zaidi ya kupata hasara? Katika hali kama hii ni lazima atokee mwekezaji ambaye yuko tayari ku-risk ambaye pia atakuwa na dhamana ya kuiendesha hiyo kampuni. Kwa hali ya kibishara sasa jinsi ilivyo na kuimarika kwa shirika la ndege la Kenya na Precisionair, unahitaji investor mwenye strategy zaidi ya biashara ya ndege naye ni Mchina.

    Mapendekezo yako ya awali umeshauri vizuri tu, kwamba serikali ijitoe, halafu ukapendekeza Mchina asipewe na wakati huohuo uzaji wa hisa kwenye public kwa kampuni yenye hasara ni sawasawa na hakuna kitu, hapa unataka ATCL ipewe mtaji wa kutosha, huo mtaji wapewe na nani?

    Mattaka is not there for the time being, ana kibarua cha kubeba zege la ujenzi wa Bima Mpya, hii imetoka!

    William Haji, kijana kabisa hata miaka 40 nadhani hajafika, kama amefika basi jana.

    I don't think kama ni strategy nzuri ya kuanzia, nadhani waimarishe huduma na waweke nauli zitakazo himili gharama za uendeshaji, japo at the BEP.

    Ni wazo zuri.

    Hili la kufanya ubia na mashirika mengine ya ndege ni muhimu, lakini litategemea kwanza jitihada za ATCL yenyewe kujiweka katika mazingira yatakayozinufaisha pande zote mbili. Ili shirika jingine la ndege likubali kuingia ubia na ATCL ni lazima iwe na abiria wengi inaowahudumia na ambao watahitaji onward connection kule ambapo haipeleki ndege zake. Kinyume cha hapo hakuna ambaye atafanya na ATCL ubia bila ya manufaa ya kutosha. Kwa mfano, ATCL haiendi Dubai, maana yake haina share yeyote katika soko la Dar - Dubai...jiulize ni kwa namna gani anaweza kufanya ubia na Emirates?
    Ninakumbuka nyakati fulani za huko nyuma Air Tanzania ilikuwa inakwenda Nairobi na ilikuwa na soko zuri (Dar-Nairobi Daily) karibu sawa na Kenya Airways (Kenya Airways hawakuwa na daily flights) hapo Kenya Airways aliweza kufanya ushirikiano na Air Tanzania na kujitangaza kuwa wanafanya nao daily flights. Alipoingia SAA ndani ya ATCL safari za Dar - Nairobi zilisitishwa mara moja na kufunga ofisi za ATCL kule Nairobi na Mombasa. Kitendo cha kushusha mabango ya ofisi hizo kongwe kilichoshuhudiwa na vyombo vya habari vikiwemo vituo vya televisheni vilitosha kuitangaza ATCL kuwa 'imefulia' na Kenya Airways haraka sana wakateka njia hiyo na kuigeuza himaya yao. Kana kwamba haitoshi, wakaingiza majeshi yao ndani ya mipaka ya Tanzania kuikaba ATCL isifurukute tena kwa kununua hisa 49% za Precisionair.
    Kuimarika kwa Kenya Airways, kuimarika kwa Precisionair, na Nairobi kuendelea kuwa hub muhimu pekee Afrika Mashariki na ya Kati, inayaweka majaliwa ya ATCL katika mashaka na masahibu makubwa.
    Kenya Airways kwa sasa hivi ndiyo mdau mkuu katika 'anga hizi za anga ya Afrika Mashariki na Kati' ili ATCL itoke hapo ilipo haina budi kukaa na Kenya Airways wakubaliane watoke vipi? lakini pia ninaliona hili lina ugumu kwani tayari Kenya Airways anaona kuna mafanikio mazuri ya moja kwa moja huko mbeleni ndani ya Precisionair.
    Ninafikiri, Kenya Airways wanaweza kushawishiwa kununua hisa ndani ya ATCL, then wauze share za Precisionair. Kimiundo mbinu ni rahisi kuikuza ATCL rather than Precisionair. Kama Kenya Airways hawatataka hisa zozote za ATCL, then serikali haina budi kufikiria maamuzi yake yaani re-capitalization ya ATCL au to wind-up the business.

    Kwa kumalizia, katika ulimwengu wa leo ambapo mambo yanakwenda haraka-haraka sana, serikali ilitakiwa ifunge ATCL hii iliyopo sasa hivi na kuanzisha nyingine haraka sana ili kupunguza hasara na kuzuia madhara mengine yasijitokeze. Vilevile ATCL mpya itakuwa na muda wa kujitengeneza mounekano nadhifu na si huu uliojaa madeni lukuki. Ni rahisi kushawishi wawekezaji kununua hisa au kufanya biashara na ATCL isiyokuwa na madeni makubwa.

    licha ya huduma zao mbovu lakini utakuta gharama zao zipo juu sana kikubwa ni kutokuwa na uhakika wa safari, nadhani warekebishe management kwanza ili nwa tz tuwe na imani na shirika letu
