1. Flash support might have been disabled from the Bios.
2. Windows registry for flash support is corrupted.

3. Your Flash ports are dead.
4. Flash support is disabled in the hardware devices manager in your OS.
5. Virus infections.
6. Missing/Not installed or corrupted usb drivers.
7. Damaged usb device.
8. The flash icon is hidden from the list of your drivers (yet is installed).

9. Insufficient power from your Usb ports.
10. Power surges from usb ports.
11. Secured Flash drives
12. Insuffient Admnistrative privileges to do the installation.
