    inasaidia sana,mimi hayo ni mazoezi yangu makubwa,baada ya kumuona sister wangu alivyopungua kwa kuruka kamba.asubuhi kabla ya kula,kunywa maji ya uvugu vugu,changanya na asali na mdalasini.inasaidia,mwanzo kuruka ilikuwa ngumu mno,ila kwa sasa naruka mpaka mia kwa mkupuo.ila ni kazi
