    Kama unaweza kunifafanulia kidogo kwenye hii line..."combats cancer" nimeiona hiyo faida chini ya label nyingi za vyakula na matunda, water na onion to mention few...daz t mean vinazuia cancer za aina zote?

    @gfsonwin na hiyo hiyo Yoghout mtindi inasaidia mtu ukitaka kukonda ikiwa utakuwa unakula kila siku basi waweza kukonda KUPUNGUZA UZITO
    Mbali ya faida hizo, mtindi pia umeonekana kupunguza mafuta (fat) mwilini na kwa maana hiyo una uwezo wa kupunguza unene unaotokana na mafuta mengi mwilini.

    @FirstLady1 Na Usikose kunywa maji ya Uvuguvugu na kijiko kimoja asali kila siku asubuhi unapoamka au kunywa glasi moja ya mtindi itakusaidia kupunguza unene nakuona kama vile upo mnene? Samahani kama nitakukwaza.
