    Position: ERP Functional Consultant – Human Resources
    Qualification: Bachelor's degree
    Years of experience: Minimum 3 - 4 years of prior experience in the relevant area

    Required skills:

    Domain/Functional:

    o Prior Working experience in the field of Human Resources Management

    o Prior exposure to working on any ERP application/product in Human Resource
    o Management systems is an added advantage
    o Customer interfacing exposure is mandatory

    o Prior exposure to Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis and fitment, Business Process Mappings is required.

    · General:


    o Good experience in software development life cycle and testing methodologies

    o Good working knowledge on Process methodologies
    o Good analytical, problem solving skills
    o Good communication skills
    o Good team player, Needs to have zeal and enthusiasm to quickly learn and contribute.
    o Needs to be Sincere, honest and committed

    Job Location: Nairobi, Kenya/Kampala, Uganda

    Position: ERP Technical Consultant - Human Resources
    Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computers or in the related area

    Years of experience: Minimum 3 - 4 years of prior experience in the relevant area

    · Technical:


    o Very good in programming .NET with VB is mandatory

    o Very good in any RDBMS and writing SQL queries

    o Very good in Programming .NET with ASP is desirable

    o Good experience to working on Web based applications.
