very very true .... and there are so many new trendy places coming up hata nashindwa ku catch up. what with the new building projects complete akina Hass, Greenfield na Infrastruture like Uhuru highway, Ngong road, outer ring...... mmmhhh it will finally be cast in stone NAIROBI IS KING OF EAST AFRICA! sio kwa ubaya, Dar is really trying but NRB is on steroids man

I stumbled on this show ....hmmmn...I know this post is about CBD Nairobi. this clips are of a housing show in Nairobi and environs...really enjoyed the one with the boda boda guys...It seems there is something for everyone. Looks like there are proper and customer friendly options for housing finance. This could be a reason why the infrastructure is developing fast. Only down side is the overall landscaping presentation. A small thing that increase more value to these properties...
