    failure rewarded

    accountability demanded

    Kenya - financial discipline
    expenditure cut.

    Can somebody correct me if I am wrong ?

    Yaonekana wakati wenzetu wanafunga mikanda kukabiliana na joto la uchumi wa dunia na kuchukua hatua madhubuti ya kupambana na hali hiyo, sisi mmh - ndio tunazidi kufungua njia kwa matumizi makubwa. Kenya kwa mfano wanapanga namna ya kugawana hicho kidogo kupitia kinachoitwa "budget devolution" kupitia kwa wawakilishi, Tanzania serikali ina mpango wa kuwapa ulaji zaidi hao hao wanaotunyonya. Wakati Uganda wanabana wawekezaji kuhakikisha mikataba inaangalia maslahi ya taifa, sisi bado tumekumbatia mikataba mibovu isiyo na tija kwa taifa.
    Je serikali ya CCm kuyatoza kodi mashirika ya dini huku makampuni ya madini yakipewa kinachoitwa "tax holiday"
    ni sawa ?

    The Kenyan Finance Minister ordered all Ministers to utilise cars under 1,800cc (instead of the prados,vxs etc)as an attempt to reduce reduce fuel consumptions.wonder if this will work for us as well?
