Dear colleagues,
I recall a debate in this forum sometime ago as to whether the whistle blower for the BOT scandal was a hero or a traitor. Also, the Hon. Speaker was heard saying in future he won't allow electronic evidence such as the BOT one in the House.
Following revelations of the CAG/Ernst & Young report and very heroic move by our President on the culprits, where does the ICT community stand on using the electronic platform as an avenue for promoting good Governance?
Is it something to be encouraged or discouraged?
