    Naomba kufahamishwa kwa utaratibu wangu huu wa maisha nakosea sehemu au niko sawa?

    Mara nyingi huwa naamka saa 12 asubuhi. Asubuhi nikiamka kila siku nakunywa maji ya uvugu uvugu lita 1 kabla sijapiga mswaki na hata kula chochote. Na baada ya kunywa maji, napiga mswaki na maandalizi mengine na ikifika dk.45 hivi baada ya kunywa maji ndipo nakunywa chai kikombe 1 yenye asali na green tea na slesi tatu za mkate (Volkonbrot) kila siku. Baada ya hapo naelekea ofisini na ikifika masaa 2 baada ya kunywa breakfast huwa nakunywa maji tena ya kawaida (siyo ya moto) lita 1. Baada ya muda kama dk.45 hivi nakula ndizi 1+apple 1+ Karote 1. Baada ya hapo nitaendelea na kazi zangu na ikipita kama dk. 45 hivi baada ya kula matunda nakunywa tena maji lita 1. Ikifika saa 10 jioni naondoka ofisini na kurejea nyumbani na nikifika ndipo huandaa chakula. Mara nyingi nakula chakula kabla ya saa 12 jioni kila siku, na baada ya hapo naendelea na kazi zangu mpaka saa 4 au 5 usiku ninakula kijiko 1 cha Asali, ndipo naingia kitandani kulala.

    Vyakula vyangu kwa mwezi mara nyingi ni ugali, wali tambi na kwa upande wa mboga ni mboga za majani hasa Kabeji, Kuku 1, Mayai 6, maziwa lita 1, karanga 250 gram, maharage na samaki (sato) kilo 1. Hapa ni kwamba, maharage ndiyo chakula changu kikuu kwa mwezi, kwani hivyo vyakula vingine navitumia tu mara moja kama nilivyoonyesha hapo juu.

    Pia kwasababu sina uhakika wa kufanya mazoezi kila siku, hivyo najitahidi kila siku ninapokwenda ofisini natumia ngazi badala ya Lifti kwenda na kurudi. Na ofisi yangu iko ghorofa ya 7. Lkn pia ninapofanya muda huwa natembea kwa umbali kama wa km 2 kwa siku na kufanya Indoor mazoezi ya mwili kama kuruka kichura, kurukaruka na Yoga.

    Hivyo, wadau naombeni ushauri kama kuna kitu nakosea, kwasababu sasa yapata miezi 3 na huu ndiyo umekuwa kawaida yangu na binafsi sijaona tatizo.

    Hueleweki unataka nn. Umetoa mlolongo mreefu halafu huoni tatzo. Kwa utaratibu huo we wataka kuona tatizo gani? au una maanisha mabadiliko kutokana na huo mpangilio wa chakula??

    Ni Vizuri kabisa huo Utaratibu wako ila hapo kidogo umekosea unapokunywa maji ya uvuguvugu changanya na kijiko kimoja cha Asali hapo tu nakurekebisha kwengine kuko bravo unajitahidi na inshallah maradhi yatakuwa mbali na wewe Akipenda Mwenyeezi Mungu utakuwa na afya nzuri Tendo la kunywa Asali wakati unapo lala Asali itakusaidia kusafisha ini na figo ukidumu hivyo kunywa asali asubuhi na usiku kwa wakati wakulala. ....TELO
