Wenzetu wamemaliza sisi bado.

Nyerere was an agrarian chief who hated city life and used the excuse of centralization to "move" the capital from Dar to Dodoma, another idealistic pet project with no economic realism to back it up.

You simply cannot decree a city.Dubai, with all its dollars is risking building a ghosttown with permanent underoccupancy. Tumeiga tembo kunya (Marekani na Washington, pretty much a planned city from the bottom up) na tumepasuka msamba.

There is no worse place to be than the middle of the road and not knowing where to go.Like a deer dazed by the headlight of an oncoming car, disaster is imminent.

I hate to admit that you are quite right,
I feel shameful, like I am part of the decisionmaking team.
    Why!!!
Whay cant we state what we want and implement it?
Is that a very difficult decision to make?
    Moving back to Dar?
Are they afraid of the JKN ghost? I think not? Are they that weak?
It is sad to think that we such weak leaders.
    Sad sad sad.

I'm afraid they are worse than weak, for a weak person can make a weak and clear decision.

In their indecisiveness apparently to dispell any notion of weakness, they are plunging the country into a needless and expensive suspense.
