    Hope all is well with you brodaas & sisteeeeeeeezz.

    Jamani nisaidien Jf's doctors mtu anayejua diet ya kufanya ili niweze kupunguza almost 6kg anisaidie..au ushauri nifanyeje hizi excess kg niziondoe maana ninakoelekea ni kubaya..nanyonyesha mtoto ana 8months kweli kuwa mamaa kuna mambo mengi...msaada..

    hahaha fe lady you made my day! sasa hiyo small house si nitapata presha ok nanyonyesha but ni jioni tuu ladba ndio maana hainipunguzi but nitajitahidi kula protein thanks indeed for your advise...

    unataka upunguze 6kg duu mbona nyingi sana .Uzito wa mtu huwa unaendana na umri pamoja na urefu wake.So nenda kwanza kaonane na wataalam wakucheki/pime kisha utajua umezid kilo ngapi na unaweza kuzipunguza mpaka sifikie wap??

    Msosi ndiyo njia mojawapo ya kupunguza uzito ulaji mbovu huchangia sana ongezeko la uzito

    Kula vyakula vya afya zaidi(punguza mafuta ongeza mboga mboga na matunda) alafu ufanye na mazoezi kidogo hata kama ni kutembea tu angalau kila jioni kwa lisaa limoja.

    Ongeza mboga, matunda na kunywa maji ya kutosha. Kata wali na ugali kama utaweza dinner kula chakula chepesi na before 8pm
