Apparently Yes!! and also a member of G8.

Tricky coalition talks are expected in the coming days. In a telephone call to Rai TV, Mr Berlusconi said his slimmed-down cabinet would have 12 ministers, including four women.

In his interview, Mr Berlusconi said he was moved by the faith that so many citizens had placed in him.

Tunarudi Kule kule. Kwa Barluscon kurudi madarakani no problem. Maana kuna institutions ZIPO TAYARI. Otherwise, to me thats what we call democracy. Wapiga kura wote siyo wajinga! Thats why we have people like Bush, Blair, Sakorzy et al! BUT THEY ARE SUBJECT TO THE LAW JUST LIKE ME AND YOU. Something lacking in Africa. Leaders are above the law. All in all as we have said now and again. If you have the rule of law and not the rule of man...hata demon wa namna gani anaweza kuwa kiongozi!
