    jamani naomba dawa ya uchovu yani nasumbuliwa na uchovu kwa mda mrefu sana sijui ni ratiba na kazi yangu kwani nashinda kwenye computer mda mwingi alafu nachelewa sana kulala uchovu wenyewe nausikia zaidi kichwani yani kichwa kinakuwa kizito sana nahisi naumwa ukienda hosptal kila k2 kipo normal unaishiwa kupewa vitamin kilo zimepungua kidogo now ni 105 cjui kama ni tatizo najua hapa kuna wataalamu wengi na nitapa ushauri nasaha karibuni wakuu

    Uchovu si Ugomnjwa bali dalili kuwa kuna kitu hakipo sawa katika mfumo wako wa mwili au kimaisha.
    Kwa maelezo yako ya awali kuna mambo mawili, Kwanza inaonekana hupati muda wa kupumzika kwa kuchelewa kulala. Kwa mtu mzima huhitaji 8 Hrs kwa mapunziko. Ni wazi kbaisa kuwa kama hupati muda huo, usingizi unakuwa ''cummulative'' na kusababisha ujisikie mchovu.

    Nashauri usitumie dawa za kupunguza maumivu kama wengi wanavyofanya kwani unaweza kuwa tegemezi wa hizo dawa na ukawa umejenga tatizo lingine. Angalia utaratibu wako wa maisha kwa ujumla kama nilivyoshauri. Namaliza uchovu si ugonjwa bali dalili kuwa kuna something is wrong ima kimwili[ Physical/organic functions] au kimfumo wa maisha ( Sleeping pattern, Occupation, Leisure etc etc)

    hivi uzito mkubwa ni tatizo nilikuwa na 115 ni mrefu ila sio kama hashim
