    Wana jamii naombeni msaada wenu nina tatizo la kukojoa mkojo wa njano sana kwa muda wa miaka mitatu sasa nimekwenda hospitali lakini inaonekana sina tatizo, naomba kujua dawa yake nn wana jamvi. Tatizo hili limekua ni kero kwangu hata ninywe maji mengi vip baada ya muda mfupi tu hali inajirudia tena.

    Mimi napenda mnisaidie kuna nduguyangu wa kiume anaumwa maeneo ya chini ya kitovu kwenye kinena,nakila wakati anahisi kukojoa na akienda kujisaidi haja ndogo anapata mkojo kidogosana,je nini matibabu yake?na itakua ni tatizo gani?inamsumbua zaidi ya miaka 10 sasa,msaada wenu wadau.

    Unaweza kunywa maji mengi bila ya mpangilio. Unatakiwa kila baada ya masaa mawili unywe maji glass moja kubwa au nusu lita ya maji kunzia saa 12 asubuhi hadi saa 4 usiku.

    Nina hofu kuwa shida yako iko kwenye figo. Nikushauri hivi, tafuta mchaichai utakusaidia. Acha kunywa kahawa na chai na kitu chochote chenye caffein.

    Na kama unatumia chumvi kwa wingi punguza matumizi ya chumvi.

    Fomula ya kunywa maji ni: bordy weight x 0.04= quantity in litres (Uzito wa mwili mara 0.04= jumla ya lita unazotakiwa kunywa kwa siku). Kwa mfano kama una uzito wa kilo 90. Utatakiwa unywe lita 3.6. kama una uzito wa kilo 60 utatakiwa unywe lita 2.4 kwa siku n.k.
