Daraja la Kigamboni au Reli ya kati? Kipi kina kipaumbele?

    SubalKheri wana jamii.

    Jamani mwenzenu ninatatizwa na hizi gharama kubwa ambazo serikali inaziingia kujenga daraja la Kigamboni kama zina ulazima wowote. Ni kweli kuwa muwekezaji ambaye ni NSSF amaechangia 60% ya hizo shilingi 100bn zitakazo tumika na serikali itatoa 40% iliyobakia.

    Swali langu ni kuwa hivi hizo pesa kwa nini zisingetumika kuimarisha reli ya kati ambayo inahudumia mamilioni ya watanzania kuliko kujenga daraja kwa mamia ya watu wa Kigamboni ambao tayari wana njia mbadala za kufika na kutoka makwao via panton au barabara?

    Kipaumbele ni kipi hapa jamani? hivi hili pia litahitaji elimu kung`amua?

    kaka hii serikari wewe jiulize kati ya reli ya kati na daraja la kigamboni kipi kitakuwa na tija kwa serikali i mean kipi kitaiingizia serikali mapato??

    kumbuka daraja la kigamboni pamoja na kuwahudumia wananchi wa kigamboni pia litakuwa ni eneo la kitalii, pia kumbuka tunaelekea kwenye mji wa kitalii wa kigamboni.

    Hakuna nchi yoyote duniani ambayo imeendelea kama haikutilia mkazo haya yafuatayo:-

    Miundombinu mathubuti - Hasa Reli ambayo kwetu ingeunganisha mikoa ya Dar es salaam - Mwanza hadi Kigoma kupitia mikoa ya Morogoro, Dodoma, Singida, Tabora na Shinyanga. Hata wakoloni walivyotutawala walijua bila kuwa na usafiri wa uhakika kuunganisha mikoa hiyo mikuu basi uchumi hauwezi kupanda. Leo hii usafiri ni malori - jamani ukweli utabakia ukweli kwamba serikali yetu imeamua kufanya utani mkubwa kwenye hii secta muhimu.

    Viwanda: Hakuna nchi yoyote duniani yenye uchumi dhabiti ambayo imebeza viwanda, leo hii viwanda vilivyobakia tumewauzia hawa hawa tunaowaita wawekezaji -- Viwanda lazima vimilikiwe na wazawa kwa umoja wao, leo hii tumeuza kila kitu, tumebakia kukusanya vijisenti ambavyo vinaishia mikononi mwa wadokozi.

    Kilimo: Kuna nchi nyingi zimetumia kilimo kujikomboa na umaskini, sisi ardhi tunayo ya kumwaga, sera mbovu za udanganyifu mtupu, tumeamua kufanya utani kwenye mambo ya maana kama kilimo, inasikitisha kama tunaagiza hadi mchele na sukari kwakati ardhi ya kumwaga.

    Kubana na kudhibiti matumizi ya umma: Wakuu bila kuangalia unaingiza nini na unatumia nini basi tutatembeza bakuri mwanzo mwisho.

    Mwisho ndugu zangu, tutegemee mateso zaidi - Umeme juu, Sukari juu - Mtanzania mwenzangu huu ndiyo wakati wa kujuta. Kwa wale watanzania wenzangu ambao hada darasa moja hawakwenda na hawana mtaji wowote wa biashara basi waanze kuchimba makaburi yao wenyewe mapema - hapa mateso ni mwanzo mwisho. hali ni tete na inazidi kuwa tete.

    Kuna mtu anayehusika na mchezo wa kuua kabisa mipango yote ya kufufuka kwa reli yakati!..Mtu huyo mwenye haulage company ana magari ya kusafirisha mizigo na mafuta kwa wingi, na ana pesa nyingi. Kitendo cha kufufua reli kwake itakuwa ni pigo, hivyo ameona atumie fedha kidogo kusababisha migogoro na kutoelewana kwa wafanyakazi na shirika hilo, huku akiendelea kujiongezea mapesa!
    Daraja la kigamboni halitamuathiri kitu!

    kaka siasa tu, kigamboni kuna nini cha kumvutia mtalii? yaani bado tunaishi kwa ndoto? nani siku hizi akujengee mji ndugu yangu? Trilion 13 zinahitajika kama ukikuwa hujui ili kukamisha huo mji serikali yako inazo?

    Miaka michache ijayo kuna watu watasimama Mahakamani kujibu kuhusu ubadhirifu wa mali za umma, natamani wakati huo ufike wakati Mkapa na Kikwete wakiwa hai ili wawe Mashahidi muhimu katika jinai hizo.

    kusema ukweli ni kwamba reli ya kati ina msaada mkubwa zaidi kwa taifa ukipambanisha na daraja la kigamboni, lakini kwasababu kipimo cha maendeleo ya tz serikali huchukulia ni dsm ndo sababu hilo daraja likapewa kipaumbele, TIME WILL TELL. IM Sure every thing gonna b alright.

    Kimsingi reli ni bora zaidi kuliko daraja la Kgn.

    Kwa kuwa serikall yetu imebakia inafanya mambo ya aibu tupu, kwa maslahi ya walio madarakani, basi reli haina faida! Aibu iliyoje. Miradi ya wakubwa kama vilegeza mwendo, dawa za malaria n.k.

    Pamoja na yote, tuendelee kuumbea ukombozi wa nchi
    yetu, uwahi.

    Hivi vyote ni muhimu kwa maeneo yake, lakini kama unataka kipaumbele kati ya vitu hivyo, hakuna ubishi kuwa kuimarisha reli ya kati inazidi umuhimu wa kujenga daraja la Kigamboni. Lakini hiyo haimaanishi kuwa daraja la Kigamboni si muhimu.
    tatizo lipo miongoni mwa wanaofanya maamuzi. Tungeweza kuimarisha reli ili ituletee fedha za kutosha kuweza kujenga si tu daraja la Kigamboni, bali na madaraja mengine pia. Sidhani kama daraja la Kigamboni linaweza kuzalisha fedha za kutosha kuimarisha reli ya kati

    Mimi kwa mawazo yangu reli ya kati ni muhimu na ni kipaumbele cha kwanza kuliko daraja la kigamboni.

    As of now kigamboni wanayo mapantoni ya kuwavusha kuingia na kutoka mjini, ama kuzunguka kwa barabara kupitia kongowe.

    Wasafiri wa treni ambao wengi ni watu wa kipato cha chini wako maeneo ya kanda ya kati, magharibi na kanda ya ziwa.

    Lakini pia mizigo inayosafirishwa toka dsm kwenda kanda ya kati, magharibi, ziwa na nje ya nchi kama rwanda, burundi, drc na uganda ingepita reli ya kati na hivyo kuiingizia serikali fedha nyingi sana.

    Daraja la kigamboni haliwezi kuingiza fedha unayoweza kuilinganisha na reli ya kati, wala halitahudumia wananchi wengi kama wanaohudumiwa na reli ya kati.
