    is a medium size company in the merchandise of Compact CDs, Films, and stationeries. The company is credited of quality products, competitive prices, timely delivery and customer care. We have a wide customer network in Dar es Salaam, Upcountry regions, and Malawi, Congo and Mozambique. A good customer relation is a base of our success.

    Vacant position: Customer Relations Officer (CRO)

    Job description:
    Ø Maintain good customer relations.
    Ø Coordinate all staff in maintaining customer care.
    Ø Make direct visit to customers and represent the CEO in all communication to customers.
    Ø Implement the sales plan.
    Ø Prepare press on new products, innovations, product differences, price changes and product inconveniences.
    Ø Identify loyal customer and prepare promotion, discount and motivation to all customers.
    Ø Maintain debtors’ records and ensure their timely settlement.

    Ø Diploma in Mass communication, public relations, marketing or business administration.
    Ø A sounding experience in the related duties.
    Ø Interest in the bongo movies and entertainment in general.
