    kila mtu anafahamu ni mabilioni mangapi haya makampuni ya simu yanatumia

    kwenye matangazo na ushindani wa kugombea wateja.....

    sasa ajabu kampuni ya airtel ambao wanazidiwa wingi wa wateja na vodacom na tigo

    wamewaweka wadada jeuri na wasiojua kabisa maana ya customer care

    sijawahi kukosa raha au kukasirishwa na customer care ya kampuni ya tigo..

    kila mara nikiwapigia wako makini na wanakujibu vizuri mno...but sio airtel

    nilikuwa na tatizo la internet connection kwa modem ya airtel
    nikawapigia simu

    kwanza mdada mmoja anaeitwa Uli au Tuli alinijibu tu subiri,halafu akakata simu

    nikapiga tena akapokea mwingine anaitwa Regina huyu nae hivyo hivyo anasema subiri
    halafu anakata.mwisho akasema nitakupigia au kukutima sms but kimya
    huku akionekana yuko bize na kupiga story na vicheko navisikia....hakuna walichonisaidia..
    hata kunipa majibu ya maswali mepesi tu wameshindwa.....

    sijui wamewatoa wapi hawa watu......SO FAR KWA CUSTOMER CARE kwa upande wangu TIGO

    Customer Care zamani katika Company zooote za simu zilikua ni bora saana toka na kwamba walikua wanasimamiwa na Kampuni husika... i.e Customer care Voda/Zain/Tgo walikua wanasimamiwa na kampuni yenyewe ya simu... but saizi wamegundua hii ya kubinafsisha sector ya Customer care - WAMEHARIBU Viwango vimeshuka saaana sababu hizo kampuni ndogo zinawachakachua saana hao Customer care agents (e.g Euro Link Via Vod)... Hio imesababisha quality ya huduma kudorora.... Too bad.

    Boss one thing you should know ni kuwa kwa sasa kitengo cha Customer Care Airtel kimekuwa outsourced kwa wahindi ambao hawana ujuzi wa haya mambo kama zamani mtu alikuwa analipwa mshahara wa 700,000 sasa hivi unakuta anapewa less than that kuna wafanyakazi wengi walikuwa wanafanya kazi kwenye Customer Care wameacha hata ufanisi umeshuka tofauti na zamani

    tuwasamehe tu maana wa tz woooote sisi ni wababaishaji tu. siasa imetukaa vichwani....... kama tunachakachua mafuta ndo iwe kazi?? mkuu potezea....hata useme na mate yakauke lakini hakuna anayeelewa.
