With all due respect, Mr Seif Sharif Hamad, tell us the truth on:
"We have a lot of Zanzibaris in the Diaspora. If CUF wins this election we are going to put them into use and help the country forge ahead...
I have been in touch with some colleagues in the Diaspora and most of them are willing to come and serve their country and relatives.
(Source: CUF' to woo Zanzibaris from abroad')
Will this include, under unconditional amnesty/pardon, the Sultan Sayyid Sir Jamshid bin Abdullah Al Said and his family and retinues? They are Zanzibaris, after all.
Why not come up with a policy of demanding all Tanzanian leaders with money stashed abroad redeem it for the development of Tanzania?
