    Kwa wale wanaotumia CRDB card online, either kama ilivyo au kwa kutumia paypal. Ukipata refund fuatilia, la sivyo CRDB wana-consider kama vile ni hela yao.

    Nilifanya transaction mwezi Julai katikati, kwa sababu fulani fulani, paypal wakanii-refund Agusti katikati.

    Baada ya wiki kadhaa za kusubiria hela itokee kwenye akaunti bila mafanikio, nikaenda CRDB tawi la Mbezi kuulizia, nikaambiwa kwamba inachukua siku 30 mpaka 40 kwa hiyo hela iliyokuwa refunded kutokea kwenye account yako.

Nilijaribu sana kumuuliza kuna tofauti gani ya mimi kupeleka hiyo barua physically na kuwatumia email yenye vielelezo vyote hivyo. Lakini sikupewa jibu, isipokuwa kuambiwa kwamba ndio utaratibu. Naona inabidi nianze kupiga kwata lingine tena CRDB.

    Once again, sio kwamba nawalaumu CRDB; ni kampuni yao, na wanafanya wanavyoona inawafaa wao. Kungekuwa kuna alternative ningeitumia. Ila lengo hapa ni kuwatahadharisha tu watumiaji wenzangu.

    Kwa hiyo kama unatumia kadi ya CRDB online na ukapewa refund, fuatilia kwa kuandika barua na vielelezo CRDB. Usitume email.

    Jitayarishe pia kuandika barua ya kufuatilia barua uliyoandika kabla maana experience yangu ya swala kama hili huko nyuma inaonyesha hawa jamaa ni wasahaulifu mno.

    And it looks like ukishaandika barua na kuipeleka physically, inabidi upige simu tena kufuatilia hiyo barua. Na ukipiga simu inabidi utoe tena maelezo yote uliyoandika kwenye barua, wayaelewe, halafu ndio waitafute barua. Inakufanya ushindwe kuelewa mantiki ya kuandika hiyo barua in the first place.

    Akipoke operator mwambie akupeleke "Card Center".

    Ukiweza muulizie jamaa anaitwa Richard Ngalu. This is the most efficient guy I have talked with at Card Center. Au labda nilimkuta kwenye good mood leo.

    Ila mpaka sasa sijaelewa kwanini refunds hazirudishwi kwenye account ya mtu kwa sababu transaction message ya refund huwa ina-include reference ya original transaction, na information nyingine ambazo zaweza kusaidia kujua hiyo refund ni ya kadi gani, and therefore ya account gani. Sioni kwa nini mtu anahitaji kuwaandikia barua kwa ajili ya kuwaambia kwamba kuna refund imeletwa wakati wao tayari wanajua.

    Yaani hii ni sawasawa na mtu anakutumia pesa kwenye account yako, halafu wao wanakaa nayo kwanza mpaka wewe utakapowaandikia barua kuwakumbusha kwamba wana pesa yako ndio waiingize kwenye account yako.

    Hi, I have encountered the same problem since 31st November 2009. Thanx for the advise at least to consult Mr. Richard Ngalu. That is one can be termed the best practise when it comes to customer service. I encourage others also to contact him.

    Wakati nchi za wenzetu online business imepiaga hatua kwa kasi ya ajabu, sisi tunasuasua na ma benki ndio tatizo kubwa. Hakuna ubunifu, alot of frauds na pia watendaji hawaaminiki kabisa.

    Ukitaka kuona jinsi mabenki yanavyodidimiza uchumi ni pale unapokuwa kila benki sasa ina ajiri makanjanja wanapita kwenye maofisi kutafuta na kuwabembeleza wateja (wafanyakazi wenye mishahara duni ) wachukue vimikopo vidogo vidogo (personalguaranteed loans ) kwa riba kubwa badala ya kubuni utaratibu wa kuzifanya ziwe sustainable ikiwemo kutoa huduma za "online/digital banking" nk na kuwekeza kwenye biashara zenye uhakika.

    Nilidhani CRDB ipo makini kumbe "0" kuliko benki ya Posta Tanzania (Najuuuta Benki)

    Jamani, nisaidieni maana sielewi hasa mnaongelea nini. Mimi nina visa card na nipo nje, na juzi juzi niliweza kutoa hela ktk atm lakini mara ya pili ziligoma (ingawa najua account ina hela).
    Sasa najiandaa kujaribu tena this week, ingawa sina uhakika hasa wanakata kiasi gani kwa mtu kutoa hela ukiwa nje ya inji. Mwenye kujua please nijulisheni...

    Hii ni nafasi nzuri kwa wawekezaji wa ndani kutoa changamoto kwa CRDB. Kuna huduma zinatakiwa sana na hawa watu hawajui kuzitoa.

    Mtu ukiwa na mtaji na watu wenye elimu, muamko na njaa ya kufanya kazi una nafasi kubwa ya kuchukua hii market. Lakini mtaji wa biashara hii si mdogo.
