    Correct timing to take water....very important

    Correct timing to take water will maximize its effectiveness to Human body.
    Two (02) glasses of water - After waking up - Helps activate internal organs

    One (01) glass of water - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion
    One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure
    One (01) glass of water - Before sleep - To avoid stroke or heart attack

    .....he!he!heheeee cousin umeshachemsha? ukiangalia timing hapo juu, ukipata hako kaglass now, umeshakosea timetable au unaingia kuoga now? au unapata dinner saa 6.15pm?

    kuna watu wanaanguka bafuni.. hii ni kutokana na kujimwagia maji ya baridi na husababisha mapigo ya mayo kushuka ghafla.
    ukinywa maji kabla ya kwenda kuoga unakuwa umeyashusha taratibu tofauti na ile ya kujimwagia maji.

    hajakupa dawa?mm sinywi kabsa maji yani nikiwa na kiu nachanganya na juis ndo ninywe,so nimepewa dawa ya kuweka kwenye maji tam ivi ndo nakunywa kesho ntakuambia jina lake

    Ntakupa kesho,maji ni dawa ndio but mtu kama mm nisiekunywa kwa wiki nikiwa na kiu natakiwa niweke ile dawa ili tu get test instead of juic or soda

    Maji ni muhimu sana katika mwili wa binadamu, isitoshe maji ni zaidi ya 70% ya mwili wa binadamu. Usijidai ooh mie mnene, hizo nyama zinaonekana kubwa kwa sababu ndani yake kuna maji.

    Mfano : ukichukua kipande cha nyama ukabanika juu ya jiko la mkaa (Nyama Choma), ukilinganisha ilivyokuwa kabla na baada ya kuchomwa unaweza leta varangati.

    Hivyo basi yakupasa kuelewa umuhimu wa maji katika mwili. Mtoa mada alichozungumzia ni kuwa at least kwa nyakati hizo mtu uweze kunywa maji. Ingawaje mtu unatakiwa kunywa lita 2 - 5 za maji kwa siku kwa afya njema zaidi. Maji ni uhai!
