I think he meant recognition of faults in our leaders governance and offering better alternatives for the benefit of the society... Actually they must be against constructive critisms because most in their respective positions are there for their own interests.. Changing the policies and taking corrective measures would turn their game upside down an reveal their blunderz!

Watanzania kwa ujumla hawapendi kukosolewa kwahiyo sioni sababu ya wewe kutaka viongozi wakubali kukosolewa wakati sio sehemu ya utamaduni wetu.

Criticism at itself is not that simple to point out if its 'contructive' Or 'destructive'. It is a relative term in the sense a single emulated criticism may be Constructive to one and Destructive to another.

When we talk and apply critism to Leadership we are not neccessarily talking about Government Leaders BUT to the whole entity of Leadership as a whole. I.e Firms, Companies, Religious, Health based, others as well as the Govt. Well as thee govt is the one which is smashed with utmost criticism - I pluck it as my case in the matter.

The trouble how ever in Ivuga's brief post lies in the fact that in which group of crirtism should we focus? (if at all we are talking about Govt leaders).

ONE:- Criticism from level headed opponents Or/And non Level headed Opponents?

TWO:- Country men n' women (those who know what they are postulating or those who repeat what they have herd)?

THREE:- Wadau wa siasa na Wanaharakati?

Nduka Original i return Again to the Qn of which it seems you too could provide the answer (plz refer to post # 3)

What a stupid question, mi naomba mods wawe wana wa burn watu ambao mpaka leo hawajui kutumia social media kutokufanya hivyo ndio kunakotupotezea wachangiaji makini na kufanya hii media kuwa boring. Sasa utaulizaje swali kama hili? kama hata maana ya simple technical word kama hii huijui utashiriki vipi mjadala, shut up waache wanaojua wazungumze wewe na mimi tujifunze toka kwao si lazima kila unachokiona uchangie, ndio maana wengine hutuoni kwenye kila mjadala ni kwa kuwa we are not an encyclopedia, tunanyamaza, tunafuatilia mjadala mpaka tuelewe ndio tuchangie, tukinyamaza tunasoma ili tuelewe.
