Difference between CONSTITUTIONALISM & CONSTITUTION
1.A CONSTITUTION is abody of fundamental laws and principles according to whichi a political state is governed. Its sets out principles, rules and structures of govenment for the state.
2.Constitutionalism is also the link between the theory of a constitution and practices, which make it work.for a coutry's constitution to work successfully,it needs some basic principles suchas separation of powers and rule of law to be included in the constitution.
Constitutionalism is based on the understanding that a state's costitution cannot help the citezens if it is not strictly enforced.for example,if a costitution states that elections should be held after every five years, then failure to do so would mean that the people will not be able to exercistheir right to choose their representatives.sasa je katiba yetu imekiuka mambo ma ngapi
