    I greatly appriciate the support and friendship of people of china,but i am sometimes suprised,walitujengea reli ya Tazara (kwa wale wanaoifahamu au walishasafiri kwenye reli hiyo watakiri kwamba ilijegwa kwa ustadi mkubwa) wachina walitumia fedha zao nyingi sana na watu wake wengi walipoteza maisha.leo ni aibu sana kupewa msaada wa kuifufua.tulishindwa kuitunza na kuiendeleza iendane na wakati,binafsi naona hii ni aibu kubwa kwetu tanzania,tuwe wazalendo tuwajibike kulinda mali zetu wanatushangaa sana

    Mheshimiwa Nundu ambaye nina imani naye, kwamba ana nia thabiti ya kujaribu kuleta ufanisi kwenye reli hii ambayo aina mfano we katika Africa nzima save Egypt na South Africa. Tatizo kubwa la shirika hili ni Uongozi mbovu uliyo jaa majungu wizi na kupigana vita na blantant nepotism, TAZARA is more of scientific entity lakini imegeuzwa na viongozi wake ambao hawana uchungu na reli hii na wengi wao wanawekwa pale kwa shinikizo la marafiki zao HUKO JUU. Wanacho sahau ni kwamba it takes ages to train a railwayman - Wachina hawakuwa wajinga! Huwezi kumleta mtu kutoka barabarani ukafanya make shift on the job training alafu ukategemea kwamba kiumbe huyu atafanya miujiza, how? Mambo ya TAZARA yanashangaza sana; we fikilia Wachina walikuwa na uzoefu wa zaidi ya miaka sabini na ushee katika uendeshaji wa Reli nchini mwao, walipomaliza ujenzi wa reli ya TAZARA waliacha wame-establish ORGANIZATION CHART(ORGANOGRAM) ya jinzi ya ku-run TAZARA kwa ufanisi; Wachina walipo ondoka TOP Management ikaona CHART inawabana sana wakafanya mbinu za kutafuta consultant of "questionable merit" hili waifumulie mbali, nini kilitokea baadae - viongozi waliambiwa kila kiongozi atafute mfanyakazi ambaye ataelewana nanaye kikazi!!! Dunia ya leo mtu unawezaje kutoa a skewed directive kama hizo, matatizo ya TAZARA yalianzia tangu hapo na chati imebadilishwa mara lukuki kutegemea who is in POWER - Mh Waziri Nundu (MB) wambie uongozi wa TAZARA ukupatie ORGNOGRAM iliyo achwa na Wachina, wasikuletee zao za kuhunga hunga - nalisema hila kwa nia safi kwa sababu niko attached na shirika hili morally na wala simsemi mtu vibaya.

    Juzi juzi nilimsikia Mheshimiwa Raisi wa JMT Mh.JK akisema wazi wazi kwamba tatizo la TAZARA ni Uongozi si kitu kingine, hiyo ni kweli tupu. Kwa nini Wizara inakubali kulete mtu kutoka nje ya Shirika au mtu ambaye hajawahi kukaa kwenye shirika kwa muda mrefu na wala hana handon experience ya kuendesha reli (ambaye si-railman perse) mkakubali kumkabidhi reli bila ya kufikilia mara mbili! Unategemea nini mtu ambaye hana ujuzi wowote katika uendeshaji wa reli kawekwa tu pale kwa kujuwana na Higher Authority bila ya merit zozote katika uendeshaji wa reli; watu wa aina hiyo at the end of the day wanakuwa obssed kuangalia ni mtu gani ambaye ni tishio kwake hili amuondoe kwa mbinu zozote zile kwa kuwa ajiamini aliwekwa pale kwa upendeleo tu. Tatizo hili limei-cost sana TAZARA, kuna wafanyakazi ambao wanajulikana kwa ubunifu wao mkubwa lakini wamewekewa kibano au wanatupwa tu in the middle of nowhere. We viongozi wambie mambo ya TENDER na kuhuza mali za TAZARA kwa bei chee mpaka viwanja na majengo kidogo wahuze karakana, wamekazania kuhuza mali za shirika upande wa Tanzania lakini upande wa Zambia mali zao ziko intact; shirika limekuwa shamba la bibi no accountability hawana ubunifu wowote KIBIASHARA zaidi ya political rhetoric, kuwalaumu Wazambia kila saa as if wakiondoka wao basi Shirika lita anza ku-tic, Uwongo mtupu. Call Zambians anytime of the day utakuta wote wako highly organised na ndiyo maana wanakuwaga na hoja za kuwapiku waswahili-take a look kwa Watanzania ukihitisha mkutano wa kushtukiza say, utasikia kila mtu anazungumza la kwake completely out of SYNCH, wenzetu wanakaaga kila wiki kupanga mikakati i.e the way forward, waswahili walaa! wako kupigana vita wenyewe kwa wenye na kuharibiana sifa; Wazambia wanacho fanya ni ku-exploit to maximum kutoelewana kwa Watanzania kwa Watanzania, we are not justified kuwalahumu Wazambia-kumbe wafanyeje?

    Wapunguze endless production meetings ambazo huwa hazina tija na nyingine hazina minutes, na cha kushangaza Serikali zetu zinaonekana kusuwa suwa katika swala la ku-address ombwe la Uongozi katika Shirika, aibu tupu maika hii 30 plus tangu kuanzishwa kwa TAZARA bado tunakwenda kukinga bakuri kwa Wachina!

    Siku nyingine ntazungumzia karakana ya Tazara ambayo ni one of the biggest in Eastern and Southern Africa save Egypt and South Africa, inahuwezo wa kuhunda kuanzia sindano ya kushonea nguo mpaka a BATTLESHIP, nenda kaingalie sasa hivi imukuwa kama mahame, ubunifu wa kuitumia kwa ufanisi hakuna! wanashindwa na vijikarakana vya wasomali vinavyo hunda Fuel/Oil Tanks, matrailer and what have you, mashine za ku-fabricate vitu hivyo ziko idle TAZARA karakana, they have a modern laboratory ya (Metallugy,metrology, Chemical na Insrumentation) a modern forge and foundary Shop - mtu mwenye ubunifu akiwa na hazina kama hiyo atahunda kitu chochote Duniani, inauma sana. Niliwahi kutembelea kiwanda cha kutengeza magari ya FORD kule Liverpool na cha Landrover Solihull Midland - nakwambia eneo la viwanda hivyo aliwezi kuzidi Tazara karakana-all Chinese efforts have gone to waste under our watch- tatizo letu ni nini hasa!

    nakuunga mkono mchangiaji hapo juu. Nimefanya kazi hilo shirika kwa miaka kadhaa kabla ya kuondoka kutokana na fitina za waliokuwa juu yangu. Uongozi wa tazara ni janga kubwa sana. Kila ulichokisema ni kweli. Umesahau kitu kimoja. Tazara huwa wanapewa mafuta ya ku-run treni hata kwa miezi sita, lakini viongozi wanaiba mafuta kiasi kwamba hata mwezi moja hayatoshi. Kila mtu anachuma. Tazara ina rasilimali za thamani sana wao wanauza tu. Shame on management, shame on governments as well.

    Yes umenikumbusha kisanga cha hajabu ambacho mpaka leo huwa naona sisi Wafrica ni viumbe wa ajabu sana. Kuna wakati fulani Wachina wa watu walitoa msaada wa PESA (Mafuta) za kununulia Diesel kuendeshea Train; madhumi ya kutoa msaada huo walitaka PESA hizo ziwe kama revolving FUND za kununulia Mafuta hili kuondoa kabisa tatizo la mafuta, kwa hilo Wachina walikuwa wametumia Busara za hali ya juu.

    Kwani zilichukuwa round? waswahili wakazifanyia timing na kuzilamba zote bila aibu! Sijuhi Wachina walitufikilia nini baada ya kisanga hicho; na wala hakuna aliye wajibishwa kwa wizi huo, wengi wa wahusika wa aibu hiyo bado wako kazini wanaendeleza umafia wao.

    Leo hii wakati mwingine Train zinashindwa kuondoka station au depot eti kwa ukosefu wa mafuta na Viongozi badala ya kujiuzuru wanakaa wakitoa visingizio chungu mzima - Shirika kama TAZARA linaweza kununua mafuta in piece meals kama machinga, na kiongozi anakubaliana na hali kama hiyo ya aibu tupu - kwa nini awasutwi na roho zao, wanashindwa kubwaga manyanga na kuwachia wenzao wenye uwezo wa ku-run Shirika kwa ufanisi, watu wenye uwezo wa kuindesha TAZARA kwa ufanisi wapo; siyo kwamba hawapo.

    look at this, what have u done to RVR? have u added even a single km since British built it? at least Central Railway the Mpanda section was added! u gave urs to Egyptians (Citadel) n u dare to brag here!

    Nadhani Waafrika, wabantu, tuna kasoro ya akili. Inakuwaje mtu aharibu kitu ambacho anakitegemea kw maisha yake? Sikuambii maisha ya taifa, la, maisha yake binafsi. Kweli watu kama hao ni binadamu timamu? Na hii siyo TAZARA pekee, karibuni sehemu zote.
    Ndiyo maana tukauzana hapo kale. Hata hivi sasa tunauzana kwa namna nyingine. Watu wanodiriki kuuza ndugu zao kwa wageni si binadamu, ni wanyama tu wanovaa suti.

    Yeye kama kiongozi kama kaona tatizo ndo hilo.....Je amefanya nini kurekebisha?

    Mkulu ni karakana ya Mang'ula? kweli hio karakana ilikuwa haswa karakana niliona miaka ya 80 lakini sijui kama bado vil vifaa bado vipo.

    Kweli miafrika ndio tulivyo ungeona karakana ya Zana Za kilimo Mbeya enzi hizo na sasa sijui Mkapa aliwauzia wahindi kwa bei ya nyanya.......INASIKITISHA SANAAAAAAAAAAAA

    mi nimesafiri hiyo reli kweli imejengwa kwa ubunifu wa hali ya juu hadi nilistaajabu na ina abiria wengi! wakati tuna board pale mbeya watu walikuwa wanaingilia madirishani, njiani kulikuwa na vituo vya ulinzi hasa kenye madaraja na mahandaki leo hakuna mtu! kulikua na nyaya za umeme sambamba na reli leo hakuna kitu! badala ya kufikiria kuifanya kuwa na treni za umeme tumeiua. siku wachina wakiacha kuchimba shaba zambia ndio utakua mwisho wa hiyo reli

    Mkuu karakana ya Mang'ula ambayo the late Kambarage Nyerere alitumia kila mbinu hili iwe mali ya Watanzania baada ya wazambia kuja juu kwamba hii na mali ya TAZARA kwa hiyo na Wazambia wana haki ya kugawana faida zake nusu kwa nusu. Kambarage kawazidi kete kwa kuongea na Wachina wakamkubalia kwamba Karakana hiyo iwe mali ya waTZ.

    Ingawa karakana hiyo ilikuwa na uwezo mkubwa sana, NDC alihamuwa kuitelekeza - watu waka anza kujichukulia motors, mashine nk, kitu kilicho nitia simanzi ni pale Wazambia walipo fanikiwa kununua a Fractional Distiller ya OXYGEN ya karakan hiyo kwa bei ya kutupwawa! wakaisafirisha na kuipeleka Mpika Zambia-nilipo kwenda huko nikaikuta pale ikifanya kazi vizuri tu, inazalisha Oxygen kwa ajili ya viwanda vya Zambia. Wazambia walinicheka sana wakasema kikowapi - mbinu zote za Kambarage za kuwashulutisha Wachina waipatie Tanzania karakana ya Mang'ula ambayo ilikuwa ni mali ya TAZARA kumeishia wapi mbona karakana yenyewe imekuwa vandalised na sisi tukanunua Mtabo wa Oxygen wa karakana hiyo kwa bei ya sawa sawa na bure. This is also one of the sad story kuhusu attitude zetu sisi Watanzania kuhusiana kutojali misaada tunayo patiwa na wafadhili hili tujikomboe.

    Viongozi na sisi wananchi hatuna UZALENDO......Maana ukiona viwanda na karakana zote aloziacha baba wa taifa zote vimeuzwa kwa bei chee sasa sijui hivi vizazi vyetu vitapata wapi ajira?nchi itabaki tegemezi kwa bidhaa duni na misaada.

    mm nadhani bora apewe mchina aiendeshe mwenyewe kwa miaka hata kumi.... Mnaonaje? Kwa sababu hii reli haiwezi kutengeneza hasara..., kuna vijiji tzr inapita to this day reli ndio main means of transport,,,

    Afu its cheaper kusafirisha mizigo kwa reli kuliko barabara.., kama uongozi ungekua umejipanga vzr.., wangewapata wafanyabiashara wote wa makambako, mbeya, tunduma,nakonde, chinsala, chozi, kapiri mposhi.., wafanyabiashara wengi tu wa zambia wanakuja dar kununua bidhaa

Ila kama unaweza andika long form na kuiweka kwenye magazeti yanayosomwa sana kama Mwananchi itawafikia WaTanzania wengi. Wote wanaouliza kwa nini nchi yetu ina raslimali zote lakini ni nchi hiyoyo ambayo pamoja na Afganistan zinaongoza katika kupokea misaada toka nchi zilizoendelea
