The position involves performing, reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of operations / bank's policies, reliability of financial information and compliance / assurance of both internal and external regulations and controls.
Required qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a professional qualification (CPA or equivalent) and have at least 10 years of experience with a Bank, of which at least 5 must be in a similar position. Preferably with any of the top 5 Bank in Tanzania.
Skills:
Highly organized; time management and analytical skills; attention to detail; high level of accuracy and problem-solving abilities.
