    Nikiwa mteja maarufu na mtumiaji mzuri wa huduma toka Vodacom napata simanzi pale tunapotangaziwa kuwa ukijisajili kupata huduma hii ( yaani ukiandika *147*07#) utakatwa shilingi 500 na kupata dakika 60 za kuongea BURE voda kwenda voda siku nzima.

    Sasa tukija kwenye reality utaona mtu unapewa dakika hizo 60 za kuongea bure kuanzia saa 12 asubuhi au time yoyote mchana mpaka saa 12 jioni huduma inakwisha.

    Ukisikiliza matangazo yao wanasema huduma hii inadumu kwa masaa 24. wakati reality inaishia saa 12 jioni

    sasa hapo ndipo tunapo ona jamaa zetu wanaTUTAPELI. sasa tunaomba wawe wawazi waseme ukweli.

    Bila shaka humu wamo watueke wazi.

    Mkuu Matangazo yamechelewa kuwa updated huko kwenye media ingawa taarifa zilishapelekwa before wasitoe hayo matangazo ya service kuwa 24hrs. therefore hakuna utapeli hapo mkuu.

    Nadhani hujawa makini na muda wa kuishia hiyo huduma mkuu, huwa inaishia saa sita usiku, nilijaribu.
    Isipokuwa mitambo ya hao jamaa inaonekana bize au kuzidiwa uwezo wa kazi.kw asasa ndio mtandao unaosumbua kuliko yote!

    Sasa huo ndio UTAPELI. sisi kama wateja tunasikiliza kila kitu kwenye media. na hata sisi kujiunga na huduma hiyo ni kwa sababu ya ushawishi toka kwenye media.

    Suala la kuchelewa ku update na kutulaghai wateja ni UTAPELI.

    VodaCom tofauti na wenzao kama Tigo wana kitu Waganda wanaita "lugezi gezi". Yaani kujifanya wanajua sana kuliko wengine na kuwagiribu wateja! Hata Promotion yao ya Tuzo Points kwa zawadi ya points 10,000 imekwama. Nimefuatilia zawadi ya simu kila siku njoo kesho, njoo kesho. Kwa top "notch marketing" company kama voda kuanzisha prormotion bila kuwa na uwezo wa kuitekeleza kikamilifu au kuikatisha katisha ni usanii fulani.

    Hata hii Cheka time ina "lugezi gezi" ndani yake. Siku nzima ina maana ya saa 24. Hata kama walikosea tangazo kwa nini waendelee kulitoa kwenye media? How long does it take to pull out the ad? If fact kuna wateja wamekataa kuitumia Cheka promotion wanasema mambo ya VodaCom ni short stunts and short lived. Tunaitumia VodaCom kwa sababu ya mazoea tu ndio tatizo la Oligarchy.

    Toka huduma hii ya Cheka time ianze kupamba moto, kuna usumbufu mwingi ambao tunaupata sisi wateja wao. Mfano, unapiga mara unaambiwa error in connection, mara network busy, au hupati jibu lolote. Mfano leo nampigia jamaa yangu simu, inachukua hata dakika 3 nzima kumpata unayewasiliana naye utafiri unapiga simu kwenye radio jinsi 'line' zilivyo ngumu.

    Vodacom eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee hebu rekebisheni mambo basi,

    Hapo awali kulikuwa huduma nyingine ambayo ilileta usumbufu kama hii, si mnaikumbuka CHIZIKA!

    jambo la msingi ni kuongeza nguvu za mitambo iendane na idadi ya watumiaji.

    Hapa ishu iliyopo ni hao vodacom kuifutilia mbali hiyo promotion ya cheka time kama mitambo yao imezidiwa, maana imekuwa ni usumbufu. Pia wanatutapeli hiyo huduma sio ya 24 awaz kama wanavyosema, huu ni utapeli.

    si muihame iyo vodacom tu kwani kuna mikataba inawafunga kutumia mtandao mwingine,kuna TIGO,ZANTEL,TTCL mpaka SASATEL japo hawajaenea kila mahali wana huduma nafuu kuliko voda we unachotakiwa kufanya tafuta namba kama yako kwa mitandao mingine uuukiipata taratibu natumia mpaka watu wako wataizoea tu kisha unaizika vodacom kiulaaaiini. mi nilihamia tigo kwa staili hiyo mpaka sasa nakamua kama kawa,vodacom wazshi tu na promosheni zao za kimafiloso tu.!!

    juzi walisema cheka taimu ya dk60 nui kuanzia saa12 asubuhi hadi saa12 jioni,jana wakasema kuanzia saa12 asubuhi hadi saa 5usiku,leo wanasema muda wowote isipokuwa saa12 jioni hadi saa4 usiku.....wanachofanay ni kuiba kwa akili maana watu hawapewi hizo notification kuhusu changes

    Kaka uwajibikaji ni mhimu sana inakuwaje unapeleka tangazo lako la kukanusha huduma na umewalipa wahusika lichelewe? Sema before intetion yao ilikuwa 24hrs, thn wakasitisha, mi nnavyojua n lazma uingie mkataba khusu tangazo na ktk makubaliano suala la muda linakuwepo nkimaanisha litaanza lini na litaisha lini, kama tangazo limelipiwa siku 5 litakuwa ni la sku 5 may be Bonus unaweza ukapewa, na sio issue ya kuchelewa, na kama lilichelewa mboa bado mambo ni yaleyale? Mfano ktk hduma zao za WASHA, Unapotuma tu after a second wanarespond quicky!!!!

    Toka wameanzisha cheka, mawasiliano ya vodacom yamekuwa ni shida sana. sisi wengine biashara zetu zinategemea sana mawasiliano sasa kama mambo yanakuwa hivi si wafute hiyo cheka yao.

    Tunaharibiana uchumi hivi hivi, mitambo kama haiwezi kubeba volume ya wateja, better quit.

    Kinacho nishangaza ni haya makampuni ya SIMU kila kukicha wao huja na mbinu zao za Bihashara na zingine huwa ni nzuri na huwanufahisha wataje wao, Ila Vodacom na Kuja kwao na CHEKA TIME, siwafichi kumeleta matatizo yafuatayo,

    - Kumpigia mtu itakuchukua muda zaidi kumpata line ziko buzy
    -Ukimpata hamtosikilizana vizuri itakubidi uzime simu na kumpigia baaada au uta mtumia msg.
