    Wana JF:

    Majuzi niliuliza swali hapa kutaka kujua Ni vyakula gani vinasaidia mtu kufanya mapenzi kwa muda mrefu bila kukojoa na vyakula gani vinaongeza stamina wakati wa kufanya tendo la ndoa kwa upande wa WANAUME na ni vyakula gani vinaongeza nyege na hamu ya kufanya mapenzi kwa WANAWAKE.
    Majibu mengi yalitolewa, yeney kuelimisha na kukebehi, lakini nashukuru watu wengi walijitokeza kuchangia. Ni wazi kwa majibu yaliyotolewa suala zima la stamina katika kufanya mapenzi hasa kwa wanaume limeonekana ni muhimu au ni tatizo kwa wengi, vinginevyo watu wasingehangaika kufanya tafiti kujua nini kifanyike.
    Kwa upande wa kinadada imeonyesha wazi kwamba si tatizo kubwa kwao, na kwa waliochangia (mmoja ama wawili) imeonekana wazi wadada wengi wanathamini mwanamume ambaye YUPO FITI na mwenye umbo kakamavu la kustahimili purukushani za kitandani! Kwa michango yote iliyotolewa nimefanya majumuisho yafuatayo, amabyo japokuwa wengi walikebehi na kuona ni topic isiyofaa bado nasisitiza kwamba ni muhimu kwetu (wanawake na wanaume) kufahamu kwamba mapenzi ni jambo muhimu na kuna miiko au masuala muhimu ya kuzingatia. Maoni yafuatayo yalitolewa, naamini kuna wengi yatawasaidia:-

    1. Kufanya mazoezi ya mara kwa mara (asubuhi na jioni)
    2. Kupunguza kunywa pombe na kuvuta sigara
    3. Kula sea food (hasa pweza, ngisi na aina mbalimbali za samaki)
    4. Kula nuts/seeds (njugu mawe etc)
    5. Kutumia asali kwa wingi (Asali ni dawa nzuri sana kwa inaongeza hamu ya kufanya mapenzi sana. Unaweza kuchanganya asali na Mdalasini, Mkia wa Kondoo au na Vitunguu swaumu)
    6. Kutumia vyakula vya kuongeza protini mwilini kama vile samaki, maziwa, mayai kwa wingi kwani sperms unazotoa hutengenezwa na protein.
    7. Kunywa maji mengi nay a kutosha kila siku
    8. Kula matunda kwa wingi (blue berries, Kiwi na matunda mengine ya mapenzi, angalau matunda mawili kwa siku, moja asubuhi na moja jioni. ukiweza kula zaidi ya hayo ni sawa. fanya hivyo kwa siku 7 mfululizo)
    9. Kutafuna vtunguu swaumu at least punje kama 20 au 15 mida ya jion siku moja kabla ya kufanya mapenzi na siku ya siku unakunywa maziwa robotatu lita au lita mzima
    10. Kula koma manga kabla ya tendo (kufanya mapenzi)
    11. Juice ya tende iliyochanganywa na mazima (Hii unachambua tende kwa kutoa kokwa halafu una saga kwenye blender kwa kuchanganya na maziwa, unakunywa juice kiasi cha glass 1 au 2 kutokana na kiasi kilicho patikani kwenye kusaga huko. Unaweza kutumia mara 2 au 3 kwa kutwa kwa muda wa wiki moja, mbili, tatu nakuendelea kutokana na uwezo wako)
    12. Supu ya mchicha iliyochanganywa na vitunguu swaumu na tangawizi za kutosha. Mchicha uchemshwe bial kuweka kitu kingine. Unaweza kuweka kitunguu maji tu.

    Jaribio hili nililikuta humuhun na nikajaribu nikaona linafaa ingawa sikufanya mapenzi ila nilijiona nikofiti....fanya hivi tafuna vitunguu swaumu punje kama 20 au 15 mida ya jion then kesho yake unywe maziwa robotatu lita baada muda utaona ngoma itakavyokuwa inadai na utakuwa na nguvu za kutosha.;kumbuka swala la mapenzi na kulihimili linategema na mwanamke ulie nae kama hana supot ya kutosha ustegemee kuhimili hiyo kitu

    Mimi sio daktari ila najua machache kuhusiana na hili, Napenda JF tuwe watu wakusaidiana ki mawazo pale mwenzetu anapoleta tatizo linalo hitaji msaada kama jinsi alivyowasilisha mwenzetu. Tukumbuke kuwa kuna tatizo kubwa kwa wanaume la kutotenda vema jukumu kitandani. Mwenye msaada atoe na si kurusha lugha za kejeli.

    Mimi najua dawa mbili za kiasili ambazo zote zinafanya kazi vizuri sana kwa mwanaume.
    1. Kuna juice ya tende.
    Hii unachambua tende kwa kutoa kokwa halafu una saga kwenye blender kwa kuchanganya na maziwa.
    - Ukishasaga unakunywa juice kiasi cha glass 1 au 2 kutokana na kiasi kilicho patikani kwenye kusaga huko.
    - Unaweza kutumia mara 2 au 3 kwa kutwa kwa muda wa wiki moja, mbili, tatu nakuendelea kutokana na uwezo wako wa kupata tende na maziwa na kimsingi dawa hii inatakiwa kuwa endelevu kila baada kipindi fulani huku ukifanya mazoezi kama kawaida.
    *Ni dawa nzuri sana inayotibu hata gesi za tumbo na magonjwa mengine ya tumbo ila kikubwa ni dawa nzuri sana ya kurejesha heshima kitandani unayoweza kutengeneza mwenyewe na kuepuka matapeli na unaweza kuihifadhi hata kwenye jokofu.

    2. Ni supu ya pweza ambayo imekuwa maarufu sana kwa watu wa pwani.
    - Hii unaweza kutembelea maeneo ambayo supu hiyo inatengenezwa na kununua bakuli zako kadhaa na kunywa hapo hapo kwa muda wa wiki 1,2,3 na kuendelea kutokana na nafasi yako na uwezo wako wa kipato. tukumbuke kujitunza hata kama huna tatizo ni muhimu sana kwa kutumia dawa hizi za kiasili maana hazina madhara lakini zina faida nyingi mwilini mwetu.

    **Ila yupo jamaa mmoja alisha wahi kutamka kuhusu dawa ya tangawizi na mchicha mwenye ufahamu juu ya hili amsaidie mwenzetu na wengine wote wenye tatizo kama la kwake na wagonjwa wengine watarajiwa maana miili ni yetu lakini matatizo ni yetu sote.
