To be honest, a Great Thinker, regardless of your political position, we can only tell of your political maturity based on your wisdom of highest level and must be based on positive thinking, starting from appreciation towards realising the challenges ahead. With key words such as replacing the word “problem” to a ”challenge” and replacing a word “impossible” with possible and from “I” to “we” with having in mind that “no matter a political position one is holding now, it can change tomorrow, and therefore THERE IS NO ANY REASON TO HATE or FIGHT YOU” even using the machinery such bas police and military in place. Importantly, as a politician, we are all your people, you have to tell us how good your political position is, one that you are holding in order to persuade us to join your move.

Political parties needs to learn from this... and reverse its traditional beauty approach of positive thinking even on most-most critical issues that has made it survive several fate … We both recall so many shakes in the union, but at that time, its only wisdom has made the matter survive without much violence, and I think no matter which party get into power, this is something they will face, whether the union breaks or remains. If political parties shift their political mind from the way they present themselves today, and getting away from the traps of negativity as a winning point, there is every chance of having a culture of hate in the future politics, of which we all know what it means..

People are watching they can judge who is saying what and how. And honestly speaking, this is how Obama won, he did not fight the Republican by impersonating the fight against opposition, rather putting the national agenda in the fore front, taking every matter positive and describing the possibilities of getting away from the challenges the nation is facing, and motivating people to take action to pursue the nation’s cause towards the desire to a higher dream.
What we Tanzanians wish the kind of tomorrow’s nation to look like? This is what a political party has to set as an agenda and convincing us on the direction and approach we can take. Not throwing hate segments as a way of winning political position. You are neither doing any good to our people and this nation nor to your own party, cause at a given time, people will realise what it means to be in that position.

If you are happy because, a member of a certain political party suffers, then you must be myopic and we have to question your mental ability. Why, simply because we are seeing how members of political parties shift from one party to another every day, so they are all our people at the end of the day, lets be sad when they suffer cause we are losing potential members in the future. The desperation we have should by no means, be an excuse for promoting the politics of hate and dishonour. AT THE END OF THE DAY, WE STAND THE SAME NATION WHEN WE ARE OUTSIDE THIS COUNTRY, REGADLESS OF OUR POLITICAL POSITION, AND THAT SHALL REMAIN OF PARAMOUNT.

Sangara, that is a very constructive question.

My observation is that CCM leaders have panicked by a massive opposition, of which the tricks the oppositions are using seems to win over CCM's consciousness to the extent that they are being dragged by the opposition moves... they are loosing consciousness of their position and direction at the moment, many individual leaders fear of their individual position and total responsibility over the party and the ideologies invented for the future of this nation are at stake... The trick the opposition used was to convince CCM that opposition are other people not citizens not real people of this country, of which is the biggest mistake any politician will make in dealing with another political party no matter which opinion they hold.

So many politicians are not positively thinking and using apreciative approach to win the majority. May be I should think of one reason of the current situation, the sudden shift of regime type of rulling. Since this type of leadership we are experiencing is a transformed laser-fair type of leadership, of which many professionals and leaders in the government fails to tap the opportunity of its nature, because they don't want to get out of the box and adopt new type of ruling, then everything seems to be in a shamble of which I now come to my sense they are not. Just that people are stagnant of switching their ideology from the BM type of ruling to JK type of ruling.

Once JK is gone, we will remember the freedom we have gained and exercised. I wish many of us can read histories of other nations particularly developed nations, we would have corrected many of the mistakes we are making now, especially failing to make use of the freedom of consciousness to innovate and invent solutions for the Tanzania of now and tomorrow. In addition, being traped by the political polutions which diverts important matter into issues that takes time without having a proper solutions, or development advantage, such as discussing mafisadi, targeting individuals rather than systems and mechanisms, blaming little things as mashangingi which are just a drop into ocean of the economic gains or loose factors.

Why our neighbors with little resources, but they make huge progress? If Rwanda would have been having the our current attitude, where would they ahve gone? What is wrong to apreciate ones good idea even if its comming frrom the opposition?

Profesa. What I see is that your post will not attract the attention of most Tanzania Barians, because they are political extremists.

A little question though, do you think the freedom we are enjoying now has come by the design of Mr President or as an accident?
