It is so unfortunate that Tundu Lisu is an advocate of the high court, and courts subordinate thereto. He also happens to be his party‘s whip in the parliamnet.I though he should know better. If anything, hitting below the belt like that just works against him.it will all be coming back to him(and chadema for that matter!)......[/QUOTE]
You sound as if you have attended a few high level classrooms. But you write as if you didnt pass any
1. A judgement is biased because it is "obviously" biased, not because Chadema says so, but because based on facts and evidence supplied it is so. Arusha and Ukonga are cases in point, overwhelming water tight evidence yet judgement against. Ability to asses evidence and facts is no longer a privilege of judges alone
2. Tundu Lissu stated the truth and supported with indisputable evidence. Hakutukana majaji kama unavyotafsiri. Ni jinai kuogopa kujadili tatizo kwa hofu ya kisasi, in fact it is unChadema! And I was happy that some of the judges in question have been put to test, they are presiding over a case involving their very same critics, test of their qualification and morality.
