    Kenya the cost of producing cement has gone up by 20% mainly being driven by fuel
    Worse enough the cement price have been going down

    hakuna contradiction ila tu maelezo hayajitoshelezi, anaongelea cost of production imekuwa kubwa wakati product price inapungua kwa hiyo margins za cement companies zinapungua pia.

    Bei ya mafuta pamoja na mkaa unaotumiwa na haya makampuni kuzalisha cement vinazidi kupanda as a result gharama za uzalishaji zazidi kupanda which means profit margins inapungua.
    Kutoka na rate ya ushindani kuwa juu ie local cement vs imported cement ilo linasababisha kuwe na price wars za apa na pale ie viwanda vyaumia ila consumers wanapeta.
    Over a long run hii inadiscourage investors katika sector husika
