    wadau mimi ni kijana tu nisiye na kipato chochote ila natamani sana siku nikipata hela nifanye biashara,hivyo yeyote mwenye information za jinsi ya kusajili jina la biashara na gharama zake pamoja na cost wanazocharge,jinsi ya kupata tin no na vingine nisivyovijua naomba msaada kwa hilo

    Kama unataka kuanzisha biashara binafsi ( Sole Proprietor):
    1. Ukiwa tayari nenda kwa wakala wa usajili wa biashara na utoaji leseni. Wapo pale jengo la ushirika, mnazi 1.
    2. Ukifika utawaambia shda yako, step ya 1 kuelekea usajili ni kufanya kitu wanaita Name Search ktk data base yao kuhakikisha that jina la biashara unayotaka kufanya halijachukuliwa, kusajiliwa na hvyo kuwa ktk matumizi na kampuni au mtu mwingne. Name search inachukua 3days, gharama yake ni Nil. But unaweza ku fast track/ kuharakisha huo mchakato wa name search ukachukua chn ya masaa 2 kwa kuwatumia jamaa walio nje ya BRELA pale kwa gharama ya kama buku 5 hv.
    3. Jina likishapita utajaza forms flan watakazokuambia ukadownload au ukanunue stationery iliyo ground floor ya jengo la ushrka. Ukishajaza unaipeleka. Wat follows kinatofautiana kutegemeana na aina ya business organisation. Kwa kampuni unatakiwa upeleke katiba ya kampuni ( Memorandum & Articles of Association) bt kwa Sole Proprietor kama wewe sina uhakika, bt nadhani utaambiwa usubiri kwa muda flan kabla ya kupewa cheti cha usajili wa jina la biashara.
    4. Ukisha sajili jina, unaenda na photocopy ya cheti utakachokuwa umepewa na BRELA ktk ofisi za TRA ktk eneo/ wilay utakayofanyia biashara unasajili kwa ajili ya kupata TIN na/au VAT. Usajili huu ni bure.
    5. Ukishapata TIN/ VAT unapeleka photocopy za hyo Docs benki, pamoja na barua ya utambulisho tayari kwa kufungua akaunti ya biashara yako.
    6. Unanunua mashne za kodi za TRA (Electronic Fiscal Devices) kwa ajili ya kurekodi transactions kadri znavyotokea na ku chaji kodi husika ktk kila transaction.

    Yap leseni ni muhimu sana, muhmu kuliko hzo EFDs za TRA cuz bila leseni huwezi kufanya biashara. Leseni utaipata manispaa ya wilaya ofisi za biashara yako zitakapokuwa.

    kwanza kabisa habari yako mkuu ...
    hapa hapa naomba niulize maswali yangu kadhaa...

    1) kwa mfano wenye kampuni ni wawili tunatakiwa tupeleke hiyo katiba ya kampuni coz it will be private company with two founders.... je kuna haja ya sisi kupeleka hiyo memorandum & articles of association ??

    2) haya iwapo tunataka kuanza biashara rasmi maybe 2012 june na tutaanza operation zetu mwaka huo huo june (rasmi)
    tunarusiwa kujiandikisha na kupata leseni now?? au mpaka ule wakati wa kuanza biashara ndio tunatakiwa tujiandikishe?


    3) na nikishasajili nasikia kuna malipo ya kila mwezi ambayo tunatakiwa tulipe tra sasa haya malipo ni soon utakapokuwa umesajili biashara yako? au mpaka utakapoanza operation rasmi ya biashara yako??

    Naomba unielimishe hapo kwanza mkuu then kuna mengine mengi tu yanafuata mkuu...
