Bush was not necessarily a bad man as a person, but he was/is the most ill informed president on earth.
He cant tell Australia from Madagascar on the map and that is characteristic of many Americans.
Bush entered the world scenario thinking he could whip the world to his liking, and the biggest problem is many Americans believed him!!
The Iraqis have proved a point that even for a Super Power stupid policies just end up to be a waste of human lives and precious resources.
Had he had that soft heart earlier, and travelled to Africa, the difference in his out going woulld have been different.
