Eeh! Sasa hapa kazi naona ipo wala si ndogo! hao wabunge wamepitisha lini hiyo kitu? mjadala wake ulikuwa lini?

Najua kama habari ina ukweli Game Theory lazima ataonekana sasa hivi jamvini

What?

Sasa tusubiri tamko la Wakristo; Then Wahindu; Then Watuwamila n.k.

Hayati Mwalimu JK Nyerere salamu zikufikie huko ahera. Vijana wako nchi imewashinda.

Na Waislamu; wasije wakabadili dini sasa. Hizi mahakama ziwe kamili kwa waislamu wote siyo nusu nusu. Mwizi akatwe mkono, Mzinzi, mawe hadi afe n.k.

Kazi kweli kweli . . .

this story bwana!it is like ''a body travelling from nowhere to infinity'',

Tanzania: PM clarifies on Kadhi courts

Dodoma, (Daily News):

PRIME Minister Mr Mizengo Pinda has said the government is working closely with the Muslim community leaders to ensure the issue of Kadhi Courts was resolved amicably.

He said this during an impromptu question-and-answer session in the House yesterday morning when he also explained that the government had formed a task force to work with the one formed by the National Muslim Council of Tanzania (BAKWATA) last week to ensure the issue was resolved swiftly.

The premier was reacting to Mr Hemed Salim Hemed (CUF – Chambani) who sought to know how the government was addressing the matter. Mr Pinda said it was not true that the Kadhi Court debate was closed as reported by some sections of the media – and seized the opportunity to thank Mufti Simba bin Shaaban Simba for his spirited efforts to calm down the Muslim community following some media reports, said to be confusing and misleading.

The prime minister said the government had no problem with the Kadhi Court, arguing that its establishment and operations were based on Islamic faith. He said the state was not in any position to supervise it; rather, the debate should be within the Muslim faithful themselves. He also told the House that the government was working hard to ensure a long lasting solution to the problem of congestion at the Dar es Salaam Port.

Premier Pinda said the recent intervention by President Kikwete helped to increase the clearing pace of containers at the port as well as congestion of ships. On teachers’ outstanding payments, the prime minister assured the House that all claims had been included in this year’s budget and that those with genuine claims would be paid accordingly.

The prime minister’s response followed fresh claims that teachers were planning national strike aimed to pressurize the government to settle their outstanding claims. Meanwhile, PIUS RUGONZIBWA reports that an independent panel of Sheikhs and Islamic scholars has urged the Islamic community in the country to remain calm and patient as the Mufti was negotiating with the government the process to establish Kadhi Court.

In a statement signed by Sheikh Shariff Hussein Hashim Al-Musawa from Tanga, the clerics cautioned some members of the Islamic community within the country said to have ‘hidden agenda’ motives and other personal interests under cover of Kadhi Court and were bent to cause havoc in the community.

“We want to put it clear that any attempted chaos during the process of this agenda won’t make us achieve anything as far as establishment of Kadhi Court is concerned. Any other debates on the matter should be discouraged until we reach the conclusive end under our leader the Chief Sheikh,” said Sheikh Khamis Mataka, the secretary of the panel.

The panel also discussed during their extraordinary meeting and reminded the government on the need for the country to join the Organization of Islamic Community (OIC) adding it was high time the lasting solution on the matter was sought now. They added that their reminder on the OIC matter comes basing on the facts that the government had already conducted a through survey on the same and reached the conclusion that there was no harm for the country to join OIC.

On the social well-being of Muslims in the country, the panel claimed that they had noted with concern the fact that most of them had no proper education and are poor economically. They called for their leaders to put up strategies to address the problems, mostly said to affect the youth and find schooling opportunities for them.

“Please, all Muslim leaders of all mosques countrywide, see on how we can have this generation attain proper education as instructed by Prophet Mohamed (SAW),” read the statement in part. The panel however, urged all Muslims to advocate the spirit of hard working in all spheres of life so as to gain economic strength.

Other members in the panel included Shaban Juma from Arusha, Sheikh Ishaka Issa from Kagera, Sheikh Ahmad Zubeir from Dodoma, Sheikh Shaaban Salum from Tabora and Sheikh Abubakar Zubeir from Dar es Salaam. Others were Sheikh Nurudin Mangochi from Mtwara, Sheikh Hamid Masudi Jongo from Dar es Salaam, Sheikh Hassan Iddi Kiburwa from Kigoma, Sheikh Shaaban Rashid from Kilimanjaro and Alhaji Iddi Simba who was special guest.
