Yardflex understands that Mark Myrie more popularly known an Buju Banton who has been under fire from the gay community for some time, is now in lock up in Miami.


Details are sketchy regarding his incarceration but we have confirmed that he has indeed been taken into custody.


Buju Banton’s recent album Rasta Got Soul has been nominated for a Grammy Award and in spite of the pressure the artiste has been coming under, he enjoyed successful tour dates.


It is left to be seen what this latest development will mean in his career.
