    Mdau mmoja wa JF kaandika akionekana kama kuwalalamikia ACCESS BANK abt kucheleweshewa kufunguliwa Business Account. Mdau alipeleka documents zake pale ACCESS ili afunguliwe business account. ACCESS wakapeleka hizo documents BRELA for confirmation. Mdau akafuatilia pale ACCESS for 5 months hadi akachoka na kulazimika kwenda International Commercial Bank (ICB) ambako alifunguliwa account after TWO WEEKS. This is a lesson for ACCESS BANK coz' it's easier to recruit 10 customers than retaining 1! Check out your tactics if u wanna exist in a modern business world!
    Nimelazimika kuileta hoja hii kwavile mdau anaelekea kuwalalamikia zaidi ACCESS na kuwasahau BRELA ambao ndio KANSA YENYEWE! BRELA ni very FRUSTARATING CANCER kwenye hilo suala, coz' i've experience on the matter! Sio siri, it can take more than SIX MONTHS kupata confirmation kutoka BRELA kwamba the said company exist na aliyeleta ndie muhusika (most people think unapeleka BRELA ili tu ku-confirm existance of the company -BUT, the truth is, kampuni inaweza kuwa ina-exist lakini wahusika walioleta wakawa sio wenyewe! That is to say, sometimes it happen tht The Company is NOT a FAKE COMP, but owners ndio FAKE!! Hii ni very threat type of forging coz' most bank staff wanakuwa tu interested kwamba the company exist or not! Business Owners, be aware of ur documents(Certificates of Incorporation or Registartion), siku moja mtakuta watu washalamba check zenu kiulainiii!! Ni kawaida kabisa mtu unaenda Internet Cafe na kwenye Desktop unakuta like the above said documents, imekuwa saved hapo na mwenyewe keshaondoka zamani!!!!!
    BACK TO THE POINT: Tatizo la ACCESS BANK wali-assume kwamba BRELA wange-work on submitted documents kisha wangezirudisha!!! Kalaghabao ACCESS, i knw u are new in Tanzania's Banking business! BRELA hawawezi kufanya hilo jambo never and ever! BRELA staff wanasingizia kwamba kampuni zingine zimefunguliwa zamani sana kwahiyo inakuwa ngumu kupata mafaili yake!! Ndio miezi sita BRELA? Hata hivyo, hoja hiyo ni UONGO MTUPU!! Sometime, unakuta kampuni imesajiliwa only ONE month ago. Lakini hata hiyo nayo, kupata information zake inaweza kukuchukua zaidi ya miezi 6 kama waliozipeleka wasipokuwa commited!
    USHAURI KWA MABENKI: Sometime u (Bank staff at branch level) need to use your common sense to handle certain problems otherwise u will alwayz frustrate ur customers. If u act like the way ACCESS BANK acted on the issue, u will never open a business account (even other accounts) with ur prospective customers! ONLY people who use their brain initiatively are the one who can exist in this modern business world!Am feeling like giving some tips to identify whether the information available in submited documents are TRUE or not but am afraid mafisadi wa kugushi wanaweza ku-take advantage!! But am sure, if u use just 10% of ur common sense, u can handle the problem na kupunguza kuwa-frustarate wateja wenu!!
    MIND, under the existing situation, msitarajie BRELA waka-work with ur documents na kuzirudisha kwenu ndani ya muda mfupi. FORGET IT. Wale jamaa ni lazima muwasimamie kama alivyokuwa anasimamiwa KARUMEKENGE ili aende shule. Company Secretaries wa Commercial Banks lazima mkae na BRELA na kuwaambia wazi kwamba wanaharibu biashara zenu and therefore they MUST CHANGE! Si mnalipia Sh. 15,000/= bana?! Sasa kwanini wasiwe responsible wakati wanachukua pesa?! Kama hazitoshi, waongeze hata kama iwe Sh. 50,000/= but kazi ifanyike on time. It's RIDICULOUS kuchukua mwezi mzima kupata information za kampuni iliyofunguliwa just one month ago!!!
    USHAURI KWA BRELA: Respensible staff wa BRELA acheni virushwa uchwara, acheni kuendekeza njaa! Pale nilipokuwa nafanyia kazi, awali jukumu la kufuatilia documents za BRELA lilikuwa linafanyika at Branch level! Sasa nakumbuka unaweza kukuta Bank Staff anaenda BRELA zaidi ya mara tano lakini anaambiwa BADO! This is business bana, kwahiyo inapotokea hali kama hiyo, unalazimika kumweleza mteja KIUTU UZIMA in such a way kwamba ni kama akajifanye kutibitisha endapo kweli benki wamepeleka documents pale au uongo!! TRUST ME, hii technique ilikuwa ina-work for 100% efficiency! Utashangaa document iliyofuatiliwa kwa miezi mitatu, akienda mteja mwenyewe, anakuletea taarifa kwamba BRELA wamesema kesho uifuate!!! Na ukienda, kweli unakuta ipo tayari!!!!!!! Wateja hawa walikuwa wanafanya nini huko na maafisa wa BRELA, ni siri yao!
    SUSTAINABLE ACTION: BRELA msione uchungu, tumieni fedha muhamishie hizo taarifa kwenye kompyuta. Formulate a task force ya ku-deal na hiyo kazi. Hamna registered companies/businesses nyingi TZ za kuwafanya mshindwe kuitekeleza hiyo kazi. Hilo likishafanyika, then kazi ya ku-certify documents zinazoletwa kwenu itachukuwa chini ya robo saa kama sigantories watakuwa available! Struggle for development MUST be chained among all institutions!
