Unaweza kuuliza kwa nini kichwa cha thread hii kiwe muhimu. Unaweza hata usiwe mtu unayemsikiliza Bob Marley, lakini ukweli unabakia kuwa huyu jamaa ni icon. Mpaka leo kutoka, Brooklyn Bangladesh mpaka Bulyankulu, Tanangozi, Texas mpaka Tahrir watu wanamuelewa.

isn't creation part of giving birth? in that case God is also a woman if you insist that God is Man (he)?
..GOD is God. Deficult to define in our humanity context ndiyo maana he came to moses with a complicated ID...I AM WHO I AM. God didn't say I am he or she.

I guess "man" here is used in the old fashion sense of "mankind"

Lakini swali langu halijajibiwa, waliposema "Almighty god is a living man" walimaanisha kwamba god is just a con designed by living men? Ukiangalia context kwa mstari unaofuata kuhusu "You can fool some people for some time, but you can't fool all the people all the time" na mistari ya mwanzo "Preacher man don't tell me" utaona jamaa wanasagia religion na habari ya mungu.

Au wanasema "Almighty god is a living man" kwa kum glorify mungu kwamba he is a living force, ila kiingereza kiliwapiga chenga wakashindwa kujieleza vizuri?

Bob Marley was a Rastafarian..., who believe in God (Jah)..., also they believed that Haile Sellasie (King of Kings) was brought to walk the Earth in order to unite Africa...,

Therefore he did believe in a supernatural na ninadhani a lot of their beliefs are from the Old Testament

Aliamini mungu I guess. the question hapa ni, mungu gani?

Kuna watu wanaamini mungu, lakini wanakwambia kila binadamu ni mungu.

Ndiyo maana hiyo line ya kusema "Almighty god is a living man" inakuwa na umuhimu huu.

Kuamini mungu si kazi, hata mimi - self proclaimed atheist- ukiniambia unaweza kujumuisha "mathematical symmetry" kama mungu nitakwambia naamini mungu.

Swali kubwa ni, mungu wa vipi huyu? Ni yule yule wa kikristo au?

Mbona kamkandya sana preacherman na "you can fool some people for sometime, but you can't fool all the people all the time".

Ina maan Bob aliamini ukristo mainstream ni kamba tu?

Ukweli si lazima uendane na kujua.

Unaweza kuniuliza "Moja jumlisha moja ni ngapi" . Nikakwambia sijui ni ngapi, nikawa sijui, lakini mkweli.

Au hata nikakwambia naamini ni mbili, lakini sijui kwa uhakika, na zaidi wala sijui kwamba sijui kwa uhakika, nikabaki mkweli.

Kwa hiyo, ukweli hauendani na kujua mara zote, unaweza kuwa mkweli hata usipojua.
