    Vipimo


    Mchele.................. 4 vikombe

    Kuku.................. 1

    Vitunguu.................. 3

    Nyanya/tungule.................. 4

    Zabibu kavu.................. ½ kikombe

    Tangawizi mbichi na kitunguu thomu iliyosagwa.................. 2 vijiko cha supu

    Pilipili mbichi iliyosagwa.................. 1 kijiko cha supu

    Mtindi (yoghurt).................. 2 kijiko cha supu

    Masala ya tanduri.................. 2 vijiko vya supu

    Pilipili manga.................. 1 kijiko cha chai

    Hiliki.................. ½ kijiko cha chai

    Mdalasini.................. kijiti kimoja

    Ndimu.................. 3 vijiko vya supu

    Chumvi.................. kiasi

    Zaafarani (saffron).................. 1 kijiko cha chai

    Mafuta.................. ½ kikombe


    Namna Ya Kutayarisha Kuku

    Baada ya kumsafisha kuku, mkate vipande vikubwa vikubwa kiasi upendavyo, muoshe mchuje atoke maji.
    Katika bakuli, tia tangawizi, kitunguu thomu ilosagawa, pilipili mbichi ilosagwa, chumvi, ndimu, mtindi, masala ya tanduri na uchanganye vizuri, kisha mtie kuku na uchanganye tena na acha arowanike kwa muda wa kiasi saa au zaidi.

    Panga kuku katika sinia ya kuchoma ndani ya oveni. Kisha mchome (grill) hadi awive, mtoe acha kando. Mwagia juu yake masala yatakayobakia katika sinia baada ya kumchoma.


    Namna Ya Kutayarisha Masala Ya Nyanya

    Weka mafuta katika karai, tia vitunguu ulivyokatakata, kaanga hadi vianze kugeuka rangi.
    Tia nyanya ulizokatakata, tia pilipili manga, hiliki, mdalasini, chumvi, na zabibu. Kaanga kidogo tu yakiwa tayari epua.


    Namna Ya Kutayarisha Wali


    Osha na roweka mchele wa basmati.
    Roweka zaafarani kwa maji ya moto kiasi robo kikombe weka kando.
    Chemsha maji, tia chumvi, kisha tia mchele uive nusu kiini.
    Mwaga maji uchuje mchele kisha rudisha katika sufuria au sinia ya foil. Nyunyizia zaafarini, na rudisha katika moto upike hadi uive kamili.

    Epua, kisha pakua wali katika sahani au chombo upendacho, mwagia juu yake masala ya nyanya. Kisha weka vipande vya kuku ulivyochoma.
    Tayari kwa kuliwa.

    somo la mapishi ni zuri sana kwa wote na linatufaa wote ila naomba chef uwe unaandika na majina ya viambata yalozoeleka kwasababu sometymz inaleta shida unatamani kupika ukifuata maelekezo lakini hujui maneno mengine yanamaanisha nini.asante

    siku hizi wamama tumerahisishiwa sana maisha.....
    sikukuu nauliza tu jamani mnataka tule nini, wakisema biriani tu, simu iko wapi.......
    Mpika biriani nakuja saa 6 na nusu kuchukua sahani 10, kwisha kazi, lol!
