Risk Management Officer - AccessBank Tanzania Jobs Responsibilities; Collect and analyse performance and risk data from all Departments and perform sensitivity analyses and stress tests with the collated data; Analyse operational processes at the Head Office and in the branches with a view to existing and potential risks connected to the Bank's business opemtions and customary transactions. Track risk incidents, and produce monthly risk incident reports to Management; Advises Management on improvements in workflows and risk controls; Cooperate with the Legal Department to ensure the Bank's compliance with legal/regulatory requirements related to operational risks (such as anti-money laundering rules).Qualifications; Degree holder or Equivalent Qualification with at least 2 years experience in either Risk Management, Audit, Finance or other relevant experience, preferably in a commercial bank Good presentation, Report writing and analytical skills High level of rtumeracy and logical capacity Languages: Fluency in English and Kiswahili Computer literacy: Good command of standard office applications; high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (for advanced financial projections) is absolutely mandatory.Application:Applications may be made through our online application form that is found on our website Access Bank or submitted to our head office -located at Kijitonyama, opposite Makumbusho Village, latest 30th December 2010.
