    • Bora uchukue mortgage(mkopo) wa nyumba huku unakaa humo(ktk nyumba huku ukilipa mkopo kidogo kidogo) kuliko kupanga nyumba na kulipa kodi huku unajenga nyumba sehemu nyingine bila mkopo.
    • PPF na Pension funds wajenge nyumba za kifamilia na kutoa mikopo(mortage) badala ya kujenga vikwangua anga pekee.
    • Kulipa kodi ya nyumba ya kupanga mkupuo mmoja(kwa mwaka) ni kinyume ya katiba(sheria ya nyumba), sababu mlipaji analipwa kwa wiki/mwezi

    Hivi hiyo sheria ya nyumba ikifuatwa kweli watu watapangisha? Sina uhakika sana lakini nahisi wenye nyumba wa DAR hawatakubali utaratibu huo kama itakuwa ni lazima kwao kufanya hivyo. Vinginevyo kodi itakuwa juu zaidi ya ilivyo

    Kwenye masuala ya mortgage, unaweza ukalipa downpayment ya nyumba kubwa ambayo huwezi kuilipia kodi cos it's expensive lakini uipangishe at the prevailing market value yake. Hiyo kodi italipa mortgage na ikubakishie fedha ambazo utalipia kodi nyumba unamoishi and after the period mmekubaliana na mortgage provider, nyumba itabaki yako na utaamua whether to move into it, to continue kuipangisha au kuiuza and make a clean profit.

    Twamae nimekukubali mkuu, nilikuwa nimesahau hilo suala, ngoja nipangishe nyumba yangu sasa hivi kuna kampuni moja ya ujenzi inataka kupangisha kwa pesa nzuri tu, kinachonisumbua ni kurudi tena kwenye kero za wenye nyumba.
