    Wakuu jamvini nataka kupiga hatua kwenye hii biashara yangu ya kuuza maziwa fresh, kwa kuanzisha kiwanda kidogo cha kuyapack kwenye vigaloni vya lita tano na packing ndogondogo za kupreserve kwa muda mrefu kama ilivyo kwa Azam na Mo enter. Swali;

    1. Tafadhali mnaweza kunijulisha ni technolojia gani inayotumika kwa preservation ya muda mrefu kwa maziwa ya mtindi na fresh?
    2. Hii technolojia inapatikana wapi pamoja na mashine za packing ya maziwa ya ng'ombe?

    Technolojia inapatikana na mashine zinapatikana ila vyote vinategemea na uwezo wako wa kuzalisha. Yaani unataka technolojia na mashine ya ku process lita ngapi kwa siku au saa. maana kama unazungumzia chini ya lita 100 au una uwezo wa kuzalisha/kukusanya zaidi ya lita 1000 nk.

    Kwa mfano unaweza ukachemsha maziwa kwenye joto dogo (63 C) kwa dak 15 au (72 C kwa sek 16), maziwa hayo yanaweza kukaa kwa siku 7 hadi 14 bila kuharibika kwenye ubaridi siyo freezer.

    Unaweza ukatumia joto kali (120 C kwa sekunde 10) alafu ukapaki kwenye chombo kisafi, ambacho hakipitishi hewa na hakina hewa ndani, yakakaa kwa muda wa miezi 6 hadi mwaka 1 bila kuweka kwenye friji. Hii ni technolojia ya hali ya juu kidogo
