    Hi members
    ninampango wa kuwa dealer/agent wa sigara. Wakati naendelea na utafiti wa jinsi mchakato mzima wa uuzaji na mikakati mbalimbali ya biashara hii, naomba kama mwenye uzoefu wa hii biashara anisaidie kunipa mbinu ya kuuza mzigo fasta na kudili na wateja. Pia jinsi ya kushindana na agents wengine. Msaada plz katika ujenzi wa taifa

    Mkuu kufikiri kote huko ndio umekuja na mradi wa kuwaua watanzania wenzako taratib sio...kwa nini usifikirie kuwa agent wa kuuza mahindi,maharage,karanga kwa kifupi nafaka,kwani ni biashara ambayo haina msimu enh?...haya mkuu mjasiliamali kila la heri ni deal nzuri inayolipa,siunajua tena hata uchumi wa kataifa ketu haka unategemea asilimia nyingi tu kutoka katika biashara zinazowauwa wananchi.

    ebwana ukiwa mfanyabiashara lengo ni pesa tu.mfanyabiashara=mbepari=profit oriented. tukianza kuchambua products itakuwa shida,look; muuza nguo fupi na vimini je?? muuza pombe je?? wamiliki wa guest bubu je?? wauza carolite-mafuta ya kujichubua je?? wauza chips zinazokaangwa kwa mafuta ya majenerator je?? wanaohubiri watu wajiue ili wapate baraka mbinguni kwaa kujitoa mhanga je?? etc etc

    Kuhusu kuuza mzigo faster inategemea na demand ya wateja, kama ni agent peke yako basi inamaanisha wateja wote watakuja kwako..., kama mpo maagent wengi (basi riziki ya mtu ipo mtagawana wateja) lakini kama unataka uibe wateja wa wenzako basi inabidi utoe something unique

    Kwenye biashara kuna kitu kinaitwa (USP) Unique Selling Point (ni nini wewe unatoa tofauti na wenzako cha ziada?) na kufanya hayo unaweza ukatoa yafuatayo:-
    • Delivery service (kuwapelekea wateja mzigo mpaka walipoi)
    • Bei rahisi (cheaper price)
    • Customer Service nzuri kulipo wenzako
    • Credit (kuwakopesha wateja) ingawa kuna risk ya kutolipwa
