    Unconfirmed reports coming out of Namboole show that Dr Kizza Besigye has beaten Gen Mugisha Muntu to retain the Forum for Democratic Change party presidency in the hotly contested race.

    About 935 party delegates cast their votes today at Namboole stadium where the party held its conference. According to the preliminary results, Dr Besigye polled 726 votes while Gen Muntu had only 115 votes.

    For sure that is landslide Victory for him.
    It was early feared that the young Generation would not let him in for the next term contesting, due to the fact that he has never won since he started doing so, and also that the young generation wanted a fellow younger candidate to take over!
