    Tafadhali wadau naomba mnielimishe. Nilikuwa mwajiriwa wa benki moja nchini for about 4 years, na sasa nimeacha kazi ( resigned). Sasa swali langu ni benefits zipi ninazotakiwa kulipwa na mwajiri na ppf?

    Hii inategemeana na content za mkataba wako.ERLA yetu inasema ukiacha kazi kwa kutoa notice ya muda husika ( mara nyingi huwa ni mwezi mmoja) au twenty four hrs ambapo wewe ndo unatakiwa kuilipa hiyo benk husika.

    Baada ya kufanya hivyo kama ulikuwa hujaenda likizo utalipwa na sevelance allowance ya mshahara wa siku saba kwa muda miaka yote uliyokuwa na benki.

    Sorry mie ningependa kujua NSSF benefits wanakulipaje? Kwa awamu? au zote kama PPF? (maana hawa nimeishawahi kulipwa nao)
    Na kama ni kwa awamu ni kwa viwango au kwa muda maalumu?

    Mama Joe, sina hakika kama nimekuelewa vizuri. Kwavile nilivyokuelewa ni kwamba mfuko niliokuwa nachangia ni PPF na sio NSSF. Hawa jamaa ni kwamba mwajiri anajaza form ambayo anaipeleka kwa PPF na wao wanakurejeshea makato yako ya PPF with no interests! Form inapelekwa na mwajiri kwavile wanadai bankers wengi wanakuwa na madeni na mwajili wao kwahiyo ni yeye ndie anaepeleka ili kama mwajiri anakudai then waweze ku-settle deni kupitia PPF benefits.

    Umeacha kazi kwa matakwa yako mwenyewe yaani "resignation" kwa mwezi mmoja unapata final benifit zako ambazo ni mshahara wa mwezi mmoja,siku zako zote za likizo ulizo limbikiza,malipo ya kukusafirisha mpaka walipo kutoa "Point of hire" na sio point of recruitment "Sehemu ulipo ajiriwa".Kama ni wewe na familia yako au wewe peke yako na mizigo yako.

    NSSF and PPF.
    Hawa wanatakiwa kutoa pesa yote ya michango yako uliyo changa kwa muda wote uliofanya kazi na sio kwa mafungu....kukupa kwa mafungu ni ufisadi wa aina yake..wanataka uanze kubembeleza kama vile waomba mkopo.
    Juzi office za mwanza...kuna mtu katoka na malalamiko ya kucheleweshewa malipo yake na hata baada kupewa check ilikuwa na kiwango nusu....na katika sheria mpya sijui mwaka gani...inawapa kitu kama huruma wafanyakazi wa sector za madini kwa kushughulikia NSSF/PPF zao kwa muda wa siku 21 au mwezi mmoja..

    Kwa nijuavyo mfyanyakzi anapoacha kazi iwe kwa hiari yake au kwa kuachishwa ni jukumu la mwajiri kumjazia form husika za mashirika kama alikuwa akichangia NSSF au PPF.Kwa upande wa NSSF mara nyingi mfanyakazi akishajaziwa hizo form huziwasilisha kwenye ofisi yoyote ya NSSF tanzania hii baada ya hapo humfungilia mdai na kumwambia ni tarehe ipi aje kwa ajili ya kukabidhiwa hundi yake.

    Huo muda huwekwa mahususi kwa ajili ya inspector( yaani mfanyakazi wa NSSF) kuchunguza kuwa michango kweli mwajiri wako alikuwa akiwasilisha NSSF pia huohuo muda wa kusubiria hutumiwa kukuchunguza kuwa huna ajira nyingine ambayo ungeweza endelea kuchnagia michango yako.Ikigundulika kuwa umeajiriwa hutaweza kupewa hundi yoyote labda utoe rushwa kwa mfanyakzi wa NSSF.kwa NSSF hulipa hela yako yote iliyochangwa pamoja na interest intokanayo na investment return ya michango yako

    Mwisho wa ajira sidhani kama kuna form ila nacho fahamu wakati unaanza kazi kuna form unajaza...kwa ajiri ya michango yako ya pension iende wapi...ambayo ni NSSF au PPF....Mwisho wa ajiri mwajiri anatakiwa akupe barua ya kukubalia kuacha kwako kazi au kukuachisha kazi.Pamoja na baadhi ya form ambazo zitaonyesha malipo yote yako na ya kwake mwajiri aliyo peleka kwenye mifuko ya jamii....kwa muda wote ulio fanya kazi...

    NSSF huo muda wa kukuchunguza kuangalia kama umepata ajira nyingine wa ninni CHaku?Huoni kuwa ndio upetevu wa muda na kuchelewesha malipo halali ya mtu....aliyo yatumikia kwa muda wake wote?Kwanini wakuchunguze kama una ajira wakati hata ya kwanza hawakukutafutia?Achilia mbali kutumia pesa hizo kuwapa mikopo watu ambao mwisho wa siku hawalipi na kuingia nao kwenye kesi?Wakati hata mfanyakazi mwenye haki na pesa yake hapewi hiyo pesa kama mkopo achilia mbali hata kuangalia salio lake?(Na maana kuwa kwa mfano umechangia 10M kwanini wasiingie makubaliano na wewe kuwa wanakupa pesa lets say 75% hiyo kama mkopo kwa guarantee kuwa pesa yako si wanayo ukishidwa lipa wanakula iliyo kwenye NSSF?)Ni mtizamo tu.
