    Ni ugonjwa wa jamii yetu. Kijana akifanya kazi kwa kiaka miwili akaporomosha jumba wote tunamsifu - badala ya kushangaa kapata wapi hizo fedha. Karibu wote tunachangia moral decay ya taifa letu.

    Biashara huria ndugu. Hata mimi nilienda sehemu nikanunua heinken 1 kwa shilingi elfu 6500 wakati mtaani 2500. Kwa maana hiyo ni vizuri tukaachana na ulimbekeni kuwa viwanja au nyumba za maana zipo osterbay, masaki, sinza, mbezi beach au mikocheni. Kuna sehemu nyingine Mbezi ya kimara, tegeta, bunju, mbagala, kigamboni, buza, kisiju etc huku viwanja vya ghali sana 25X25 ni 5mln. Mimi nauza kiwanja mbezi ya kimara 35x35 robo hekari kwa Tsh 5ml tu umbali wa km 8 mashariki mwa morogoro road, maji ndiyo hayajafika, umeme nguzo mbili. achana na kubanana huko kwenye giti kali.

    Tatizo la watu kukimbilia maeneo hayo uliyoyataja na kupata maji na umeme kwa rahisi. Kama hizo huduma za jamii zingeweza kupatikana dar yote hakuna sababu ya kwenda kuishi maeneo hayo. kwa maama hiyo kazi kubwa ni ku-mobilize watu wote wa dar waandamane na kupigania huduma za jamii bora. zaidi ya hapo maeneo yaliyotaja yataendelea kuwa more expensive.

    Halafu mjiulize Tanzania tuna ardhi kubwa ambayo hata matumizi yake yametushinda lkn bei ziko hivyo..... Japo madalali sometimes wana-inflate lkn readiness ya wanunuzi inachangia........... Issue za ardhi Tanzania are too complicated..........

Wanunuzi wengi wanapata confidance pale wanaponunua nyumba zenye hati kwani wana uhakika wananunua kitu halali kisheria na pia wanaweza kutumia kupata mkopo. Baadhi ya benki hivi sasa zinatoa mortgage finance na masharti muhimu ni lazima kiwanja kiwe na hati na pia wanachagua maeneo ya kutoa hiyo mikoo ya nyumba hapa DSM. Hivyo viwanja vichache vyenye hati vinagombewa na wanunuzi wengi.
    • Pia suala la miundo mbinu ya barabara, maji na usalama wa raia. Sehemu nyingi za DSM miundo mbinu hii ni mibovu, na sehemu chache zilizo na miundo mbinu mizuri inashindaniwa na wanunuzi wengi wa tabaka la kati na la juu kiuchumi.
    Ni muhimu sana kwa serikali kuharakisha upimaji wa viwanja na upatikanaji wa hati hasa kwa maeneo ambayo hayajapimwa na hayana hati miliki kama vile Kimara, Mbezi Luisi na Kibamba ili wananchi wengi wamilikishwe kisheria maeneo yao na wale wanao nunua wapate wigo mkubwa wa maeneo ya ununuzi.

    I was also looking for a while and then i gave up.

    Prices are beyond ridiculous. I would rather buy property outside the country.

    Ni kweli wapendwa kama walivyosema wanajamvi wengine tusipende kujazana na kusongamana maeneo ya masaki, oysterbay nk kwenye bei chafu, kuna maeneo nje ya mji ambako hakuna kunyang`anyana hewa, kuna rafika yangu ametangaza kuuza kiwanja chake kipo Tuangoma ukubwa wa kati kwa sh 7m, hadi sasa hajapata mteja pamoja na kutaja bei ndogo.

    Nakubaliana na wewe mkuu. Inabidi sasa watu tuanze kudai huduma bora kwa nguvu ya umma. Viongozi wa jiji la Dar wanamlalamikia Magufuli kuwa atawakosesha mabilioni ya shilingi kutokana na agizo lake la kuondoa mabango ya matangazo kwenye road reserves, je hayo mabilioni yote siku zote wanafanyia nini? Mbona huduma za jamii ni mbovu kiasi hicho? Mbona jiji la Dar ni chafu kiasi hicho? Ina maana mapesa yote hayo huishia mifukoni mwa watu.
